It was OK. I don’t think the savings in the rate compensate for the simplicity of the hotel. Rooms are tiny. No hairdryer, no phone, the third bed was inside a wardrobe and you have to make it yourself. Towels and pillows for two in a room for three. One shampoo sachet only. Paid breakfast with large waiting lines. The guys at the parking wanted to charge for a full second day stay when I only exceeded the parking time for 15 minutes. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

What I like the most was the price and the room was very clean. Off course you have to bear in mind this is a low cost hotel so don´t expect any luxury.

Péssimo atendimento no check-in
Péssimo atendimento durante o check-in. Nos deixaram esperando por mais de 10 minuto em pé, com criança no colo. Um dos atendentes estava na recepção, mas sequer olhou em nossos olhos para dar qualquer tipo de orientação. Enquanto isso, nosso filho chorava pois estava cansado da viagem e precisava descansar. Só piso novamente na rede Ibis se for a última opção disponível.
