I cannot say enough wonderful thing about this hotel. The room was fantastic, super clean and had everything we could ask for. Everything we ordered from the menu was excellent. The only thing that matched the fabulous views was the staff. Every single person from the desk clerks, bar staff and cleaning staff are superb. We were well taken care of and deeply appreciate how helpful and friendly they were. I also can’t forget the wonderful gentleman that helps heave luggage up and down those massive steps. If you are considering staying in the area I highly recommend this hotel, don’t hesitate and booked it. You will not be disappointed.

We highly recommend Kasimatis. The view was breathtaking from our balcony. The breakfast delivered each morning to our balcony was some of the best food we had on our trip. The walking path from Fira to Oia passes right next to the property. The entire property is clean and beautiful. All staff are friendly and helpful. Our hosts Salome and Nikos couldn’t have been better. They are always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to answer any questions and take care of any needs we had.

We celebrated my wifes 50th birthday here. And it did not disappoint. The staff was amazing! Great Hotel restaurant! The breakfast was delicious, with many options so you don't get tired of eating the same thing wvery day. The location was great for our needs. Not in the most tourist-filled locations, but easily accessible via a quick 2 to 3 minute walk to the bus stop location. Amazing views of the Caldera! Lastly, Nikos was awesome to work with. He was extremely helpful with anything we needed! As were all the staff. We have a great experience!

Such a pleasant stay- It exceeded our expectations! Beautiful villa with amazing views. Our room was so clean and the breakfast food was delicious. Loved that there were marked trails to walk from one city to the next. We will be back again one day.

We got offered by the hotel to move to their sister hotel, La Perla in Oia. The overall process is pleasant and with the great service from Helen too! The view from the suites is fantastic and it is well maintained. The breakfast provided were great and we enjoyed in so much. You could have a peace mind over here by just letting Helen knows your request such as transportation arrangements, sunset cruise and etc, and you will definitely satisfy with their services.

Great location and friendly staff.. the rooms are very nice, comfortable and spacious. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and was definatly worth the extra $$. Private jacuzzi and private with no public walkways past the room only fellow guests. The pool was clean but cold.. refreshing but ice cold. Highly recommend Avocado and RARE restaurants for dinner the food is amazing. If your looking for transport into Oia or Thira we found renting a quad bike a fun way to transport around the whole island. Would stay again for sure.

The staff from the moment that we arrived were wonderful and welcoming. The room was great, with a beautiful view of the caldera as well as a private hot tub connected to us. The hot tub was a little on the cooler side, but it was still doable to enjoy for a little bit. Unfortunately the pool wasnt heated, as we were there in April while it was still pretty cool. Our drinks from the pool side bar were delicious as well. The daily breakfast brought to your balcony or inside if you like was delicious and always a delight. They have a restaurant connected to them, that we unfortunately didn't try, but it has good ratings. We ended up walking right outside our resort to a little local spot, that was absolutely delicious with excellent service and still an excellent view of the caldera and sunset. There is also a nearby corner store if you need anything extra that served us well as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and wish we could've stayed longer.

We had a fabulous and wonderful stay at Kasimatis. I was in contact with the hotel about their car service pick up from the ferry and departure to the airport and they were always friendly, helpful and fast to communicate! Everyone we encountered was so lovely and kind. Then there is the room. OMG the honeymoon suite was phenomenal!! The bed was super comfortable, the touches of robes and slippers were so nice, breakfast (of your choice) served to your patio each morning and your own plunge pool/jacuzzi overlooking the most beautiful view ever was worth every single penny!!! We hope to return and highly recommend!
