The best thing about this property is the staff. Sofia was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable about things to see/do. She arranged a day trip for us which we really enjoyed. There is another young lady who works there, also very friendly. They do have a small kitchen where you can order breakfast items or dinner. The location is perfect! Watch the sunset from the property! Our only disappointment is the property is run down, needs new furniture, building maintenance and bathroom renovation. The rooms look like the fifties furniture and lighting. The pool loungers are wood with no cushion. The pool very clean but the pool deck needed a daily wash down. Awesome area for sunbathing with the right furniture.

Great find in Oia!
This is a really great find for Oia, the price is very reasonable and the rooms are HUGE. Ours had a queen bed plus two twins and still plenty of space in the room. The rooms were airy and bright, great sunset view. The bathroom is spacious as well. The pool was great, we used it twice every day! The location is also excellent, just a short walk to downtown Oia on the marked pathway. The owners are very nice and arranged private transfer for us with a local company arriving and departing, Nice to know our money went to support people actually living on the island. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is amazing, close to all the must see area in Oia! The hotel needs to be updated. The pool is very nice and the view from the pool and rooms is amazing.

Decent place near Oia and good value. Be careful on the room balcony/deck, the A/C drain allows water to drain on the tile and can be a little slippery!

This hotel was basic but excellent value for money. The pool was lovely, it was a great location to walk into Oia. The room had functioning air conditioning and a working fridge, with a mini market nearby. The staff were helpful and arranged a taxi for us the following day to our next location.

quiet apartments off the beaten track but close enough to walk in to Oia during the day or night like being in Greece in the old days fantastic sun set views from room and by pool staff attentive and welcoming with a sense of humor would live to return don't expect luxury or you'll be disappointed if you want Greek charm this is the one

The property was not luxurious but comfortable. The location was perfect as you can walk to the center of Oia where all the restaurants, shops, blue top churches, etc. are located. The Manager was very nice & paid breakfast good. One improvement can be the site's location direction information was lacking.

Overall Great Stay
This place was a pretty great stay for the price. My friends and I were looking for somewhere cheaper to stay in Oia with a good quality, which is what this hotel offered. We were only about a 9 minute walk from the main road and sights and our view from our room was amazing. The only annoying part is that our cell phone reception in the room did not work well and would go in and out. The wifi and data only worked near the reception area.

The owner is fantastic, he is friendly and resourceful. We were Picked up at midnight from the airport and checked in at 1AM, however needed to wake someone up for check in. Rooms face the beautiful sea for the sunset and pool is great. The owner arranged a rental car for us too and helped us when there was an issue with the car. However, there was no room service and soaps, shampoo given - we had to ask for these. Also if you want a new towel you pick it up from the reception. Overall will recommend for the price !

I would not recommend or stay here. In fact, I did not stay here. My best friend and I switched hotels. The rooms were rugged and a little unclean. A hole for a drain in the washroom. Unclean floors. Lock on door was wobbly but they fixed it right there, but still felt very unsafe. Wifi barely worked in room. The area where you check in was.. just messy. The staff was friendly. We had to wait until the boss came back for 2 hours but when he did, he was polite and respected our decision for a refund. We ended up finding somewhere else but very uphill for about 25 minutes but so worth it and so much better for $30 more a day for SUCH a difference. Staff was good, the pool looked nice with a beautiful view but I would not stay here. If you're on a budget, this will work.
