Wonderful staff extremely accommodating and pleasant. Our room had a beautiful view, it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent each morning on our private patio. Perfect location to explore Fira. We will absolutely stay here again.

Hotel was excellent!! Great location and nice room with great view but most of all, the reception and their service was wonderful!!!! So friendly and welcoming guests with right level of service!!! This property is at a prime location with great views to the caldera and in the central of Fira. The property is very nice, clean, and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are many shops and restaurants from a quick bite to a elegant.

The suite was amazing with the best views of the caldera. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. All staff were very helpful and friendly. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. This may be the best experience we’ve had at a hotel. The service was comparable to a 5 star hotel in the US. The room was amazing, amenities wonderful, the views spectacular and right in the center of Fira. Did I mention the service? 10 out of 10!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. From the moment we walked into the door until time to depart everything was excellent. It is a gorgeous property with stunning views. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and bed was comfortable. The delicious breakfast was delivered to our suite each morning. Welcome and goodbye drinks were yummy. I couldn’t think of anything more we could want. Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing hotel
Really enjoyed our stay there, shame it was only one night. We had a premier suite with tub and it felt quite private. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. There was one bed downstairs and another one upstairs. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and served on the balcony. The view from the balcony is just gorgeous. We are now staying for 2 nights at Homeric Poems and despite being more expensive is nowhere as good as Enigma. I would love to book there again as it’s just perfect!
