Beware, beware, beware!There is no front desk or signage other than room numbers. It was very difficult to find and there were no instructions to find it. Nobody on the staff spoke English and the property manager was not available during the check in time. After reaching out on WhatsApp, it was clear that customer service was not their priority. The manager said “if you want to be happy, book 5 stars”. However, the room smelled like sewage, there was no instructions to connect to the internet, and there was 1 towel for 2 people for 4 days. This property refuses to refund any money if you book them, so be wary.

O local é muito difícil de encontrar, mandei uma mensagem para a propriedade e fui submetido à uma entrevista antes de me informarem o quarto. Não tem recepção, o quarto cheirava a mofo, roupa de cama e banho surradas e uma infestação de baratas
