Communication was great, beautiful apartment with private rear terrace and smaller front balcony to watch the sunset. Very well equipped and having the spar supermarket onsite is an added bonus. "I booked the apartment for my sons 12 & 31. The accommodation was great. The air conditioning was very much needed! The place is kitted out with everything you need for a holiday. The kitchen has cutlery pot, pans, kettle glasses, bottle opener’s etc. the washing machine came in very handy, and the balcony was lovely to sit out and enjoy. Both bathrooms have nice big showers. "I loved it here. It was in easy reach of the supermarket and pubs. The buses were regular. I couldn't get onto the apartments wifi, but i think thats because i'm not that savvy! "Great location. However, shower had no attachment so had to hold, oven didn’t work, microwave was burnt and damaged so didn’t dare use. Mentioned this to host but nothing was done. The tv didn’t work either! Also, when booking with you it said bed linen and towels included, but we had to pay an extra 10 euros each when we arrived. Don’t rate Novasol at all and wouldn’t use again. Tried to message you while we were there and got no response either. It was meant to be a special holiday away with...

The pool is a nice size for a quick cool down and the shared pool is close. Helga met us at the property and was very helpful during our stay as was Tim who met us on the last morning. "The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The pool is good. We liked to get down early in the morning before the kids got there. There’s those silly people who put towels on loungers all day even though they didn’t arrive till early evening this affected our first day as there was lots free but with towels on them.
