Les Canali - Jolie maison proche désert des Agriates

In the commune of Santo-Pietro-di-Tenda, we offer this renovated 75 m² former sheepfold for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 600 m² garden. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV, Wifi, sofa bed (double) and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
- Separate WC

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with WC

2nd floor
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- An alcove under which you'll find a single bed
- Bathroom with bath and WC

Exterior:
- A beautiful 600 m² enclosed, south-facing garden and a 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Santo-Pietro-di-Tenda, in very pleasant surroundings where you can recharge your batteries. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Nous avons passés un très bon moment dans la location qui correspondait à nos attentes. Un problème de confirmation quant à la disponibilité d'une plancha pour les repas extérieurs mais en partie solutionné par la propriétaire. Merci.

Les Canali "Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette jolie maison, Sylvie s'est rendue disponible et prévenante tout au long de notre séjour. Les seules petites choses négatives ont été, le bruit la nuit avec les chiens du village qui peuvent passer la nuit à aboyer, la chaleur dans la maison (exposée plein sud et cela malgré la présence de ventilateur dans la maison), l'extérieur qui est envahi de fourmi et un sol en terre (mais cela n'est la faute de personne avec la sécheresse). Les choses positives ont été, les habitants très sympa, l'épicerie du village, l'environnement paisible et nature, la literie qui était super, les éléments de jardins (hamac, transat, fauteuils...), la cuisine était bien équipée... Et je vous conseille vivement le restaurant du village voisin (santo gavino di tenda). Nous sommes très contents de cette location, les remarques ne sont pas là pour descendre les lieux, juste pour faire un retour constructif."
