UBER is one of the most reliable means of transport.
- It is strictly forbidden to make parties or events in the property.
- You Must Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm.
- All guest must follow and comply with all terms of Shanti Tower condominium policies.
- All guest agreed to all terms of service on Airbnb and must have a valid working phone number.
- There’s a US$100.00 charge for lost or broken gate remote and $50 fee for each token.
- Occupancy limit: 4
- Any number of people more than this occupancy limit will be vacated.
- Guests are allowed a maximum of 2 visitors at any time during their stay.
- All overnight visitors must be declared in the reservation. There is a $10 fee per guest per night after the second guest. Visitors who stay longer than 4 hours are considered guests and subject to the same consideration as overnight guests.
- There is an undeclared guest fee of US$20 per guest per night.
- Local residents must contact the host prior to booking.
- The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property.
- It’s strictly forbidden to bring and consume hookah on the property. Any person who is caught using it, is subject to be expelled from the apartment since by law they are prohibited.
- Loud speakers are prohibited inside the apartment.
- Any hookah or loud speaker will be seized and returned to its owners at the time of check-out.
- Smoking fee is US$200
- Excessive electricity expenses will be charged at the time of check out.
- Additional cleaning fee will be charged for an extremely dirty home:
To be applied if the apartment is left extremely dirty after checkout, beyond what a courteous guest would normally leave a home: dirty pots and pans in the kitchen, excessive amount of trash, stains in the floors or walls…
-Late check-out fee: 30 minutes after checkout time US$50 and after 2 hours the charge will be for an additional day. But this fee does not award you possession for the additional day, it’s just a penalty for holding possession beyond what you’re supposed to, because you could negatively affect a future reservation.
- If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property, upon addressing this complaint to us or to Airbnb you’re authorizing us to come into the property and to solve the problem, fix or repair whatever’s broken and or make the home clean up to the standards that you require. We do not need permission to access the property if there’s something you esteem unsuitable and needs remedy.
-Violations of these house rules are grounds for booking cancelation and removal from the property without refunds.
