The apartment is located in Piantini, one of the most exclusive and safest neighborhoods of Santo Domingo. Just 35 minutes drive from Las Americas International Airport (with no traffic).

Piantini is really the heart of the city, near it all, you have shops, plazas and restaurants at walking distance or just a short taxi ride away.

Uber and taxi cabs are easily accessible.
No parties or events allowed.
Keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM. Loud music is prohibited at all times.
Occupancy limit: 4 guests. Exceeding this will result in immediate eviction.
$10 fee per additional guest (after 2 guests) per night. No visitors unless declared in the reservation.
$50 fee for lost keys, remotes, or keycards.
$30 fee for stained or damaged towels, sheets, or covers.
Walking shirtless or in bathing suits in hallways, stairs, or elevators is not allowed.
Only registered guests can enter the building. No surprise visits.
Social areas open 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Loud music prohibited. Closed Mondays for maintenance.
Respectful behavior is required in all areas.
$20 fee for undeclared guests per night.
No illegal drugs or hookah on the property. Hookah and loudspeakers will be seized if found.
Smoking fee: $200.
Additional cleaning fee applies if the property is left excessively dirty.
Late check-out fee: $50 after 30 minutes; after 2 hours, a full day’s rate applies (does not extend stay).
Reporting a complaint allows us to enter and address any issues without further permission.
Violating these rules may result in cancellation and removal without refunds.
