"Great views and the staff were super friendly. Did not experience any queuing issues that others have mentioned. Facilities were clean and surrounding areas were serene and relaxing. Food options are plentiful and there’s something for everyone if you have picky eaters. Had a small issue in the room with the AC (normal wear and tear) but was promptly taken care of. Very happy with everything and would highly recommend. "

"It is important to note that this is a very small hostel. But that being said, they treat everybody that walks in their door like family. Alejandro the manager is so attentive and friendly and excited about life. He is the perfect host and a cornucopia of information about the island and all the hiking that can be done there. "A family of five- our children are now three young adults for a week, had a very good holiday. Two beaches easy walking distance, lots of restaurants and a supermarket. Good buffet breakfast and very helpful friendly staff. A very relaxed atmosphere and restful. Easy to catch the bus to Siam Park or be picked up to go to the volcano. Pleasant walks around the peninsular to view Los Gigantes. Lovely sea view from the apartment. Shuttle from the airport delivered us to the door. "
