"Beautiful property, Affordable price, Breakfast had many option, Glad there is a shuttle to get your around the facility because it is huge and has many steep hills. Shower water was super hot. No iron or refrigerator in the room. I had room 215 it has a beautiful view of the volcano."

"We loved our stay. Everyone that works there is so nice and helpful. Direct access to the mall, which was great during a rainy day because the mall has an arcade kids play center and we spent a couple of hours there followed by a movie at the movie theater. Plenty of good options too."

"Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and service/employees were attentive. Food was good too!! There are several restaurants in hotel as well as a close walk. Hotel car service to mall was expensive $27. On way back, i got a taxi for $17 with a good & helpful driver."
