150 meters from the sea, at the end of a dead end, this cozy and colorful wooden chalet welcomes you in a warm and quiet, listening to the sound of waves at high tide.
Also for a couple wishing to cocoon and relax (huge bubble bath, wood heat, fully equipped kitchen ....),
only for a family with children and baby! (adapted furniture, indoor games ...).
A large garden of 1300 m² with a neighbor's field and its tranquility, as well as all the games for children (trampoline, swing, sandpit).
A very large living room of 45 m² overlooking the garden.
3 bedrooms (2 with 160 cm bed, 1 child with a slide bed of 90 and a cot) and a sofa bed.

Région magnifique et la maison est parfaite, bien située et très bien équipée ! Il faudrait juste penser à changer les poêles qui commencent à être très abîmées, mais c'est un détail tant cette maison est agréable :) Je recommande cette location à 100% !

D'excellentes vacances malgré une météo mitigée
Nous avons passé un ecxellent séjour dans le chalet de Maëlle. Il est une location parfaite pour une famille. Son emplacement, à quelques mètres seulement de la plage du Theven, est idéal. La décoration du chalet est chaleureuse tout comme doivent l'être ses propriétaires. Nous avons eu un souci de voiture au moment du départ. Un grand merci à Maëlle qui nous a permis de laisser une partie de bagages. Ce séjour dans le chalet et dans cette magnifique région a ravi toute la famille 😊

Wunderschön
Tolles und sehr gemütliches Haus in ruhiger und wunderschöner Lage nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg vom Strand entfernt. Der etwas weiter entfernte Strand in Santec (Dossen) ist auch absolut empfehlenswert und dort gibt es eine Surfschule. Für uns hat einfach rundum alles gepasst und nichts gefehlt. Danke Maëlle für eine traumhafte Urlaubswoche. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

La maison a un emplacement idéal (pas loin de la mer) avec les enfants et un chien. Maison extrêmement bien équipée pour les familles et notamment les enfants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à Maëlle. Merci encore et à bientôt

Très bon séjour !
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans le chalet de Maëlle. Nous disposions de tout le matériel nécessaire pour les enfants. L'extérieur nous a beaucoup plu et les enfants étaient également ravis des nombreux jeux d'intérieur. Maëlle est une super hôte, accueillante, sympathique et toujours disponible.
