The house is in an area of 2. 500m2, with many fruit trees, afforestation and a beautiful garden.
The House has:
 - 3 air-conditioned suites (central air), in each:
 - Double bed, twin bed, TV with independent channels, (PARABOLIC).
- Three televisions, one in each room.
- Small square under the trees for family reunion.
- 2 swimming pools; one for adults and one for children and decks.
- Garage for 4 cars.
- 3 external bathrooms, two in the pool area.

Ótimo 100% nada a reclamar
Primeiramente gostaria de parabenizar o Sr. João pela pessoa maravilhosa, honesta e atenciosa. Ficamos um grupo de 12 pessoas na Casa do Sr. João onde tinha tudo a disposição, casa limpa, maravilhosa, bem localizada, piscinas ótimas, sem contar na atenção e na recepção. O grupo que eu estava amaram e recomendamos a todos que forem. Com certeza se eu for voltar a Alter do Chão irei ficar nessa casa novamente. [

Casa espaçosa, bem equipada e bem localizada.
A casa é bem localizada a 50 metros do Lago Verde, onde pode-se banhar ou pegar barco para passeios. A casa dispõem de tudo o necessário para uma boa estadia: louça, microondas, TVs, liquidificador, churrasqueira, freezer, etc. A piscina e os jardins são bem cuidados graças ao caseiro. Hospeda 9 pessoas bem acomodados nos seus 3 quartos com ar-condicionado. E dispões de colchões para acomodar mais pessoas em outros espaços. Recomendo.

Delicia de casa
O Sr. Joao e super responsavel e atencioso, e faz de tudo para que tudo esteje certinho para os hospedes. A moca que trabalha na casa (Nice) e um amor e ajuda com refeicoes, limpeza etc. A casa e uma delicia. Os ambientes de estar sao todos abertos, muitas redes, jardim sempre limpo, piscina tambem, quartos com ar condicionado. Eh uma linda casa e otima localizacao em Alter. Recomendo para familias com criancas tambem. Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa.
