In the southeast of Mallorca, on the outskirts of S′Alqueria Blanca and very close to Santanyí, you find this beautiful small holiday home Ses Serres, surrounded by a lush garden with Mediterranean vegetation and a lovely pool and barbecue area.

The position of the finca is slightly elevated and offers beautiful views over the hilly landscape down to the sea and also distant views to the coastal village Cala d′Or with its beautiful sandy beaches.

Thanks to the large windows in the house there is never a lack of light. The property has a living room with a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking including dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms, so it can accommodate up to 4 people. The house has Wi-Fi, AC, fans, satellite TV, is prepared for couples with babies and therefore offers up to 2 cots and 2 high chairs.

A private outdoor area that leaves nothing to be desired: well-kept garden with lawn and some Mediterranean plants, fruit trees including pears, figs, olives and almonds. Terraces (open and covered), a large 8X4m swimming pool, an outdoor shower with hot water and a lovely barbecue house with a table, where you can enjoy your delicious meals prepared on the barbecue. Without a doubt it is the ideal place to disconnect and forget the stress of everyday life.

A 5-10 minute walk will take you to a supermarket in S′Alqueria Blanca, some local restaurants and an ice cream parlour. The tourist centre of Cala D′Or is about 5 km away and offers a pedestrian zone with a variety of restaurants, cafés, bars with live music, shops and boutiques.

Santanyí, with its wide range of shops and restaurants, is only 5 minutes away by car. The magnificent marina of Cala D′or is about 6 km from the house.

Finca of 10000 m2 has a strategic location, in only 10 minutes by car you can reach the beaches of Cala Gran, Cala Ferrera, Caló d′es Pou, Playa de Santanyí. The Natural Park of Mondragó is about 7 minutes away by car, where you can go for long walks or bike rides. Parking spaces are available at the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Please bring beach towels.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the agency to communicate your arrival time and arrange key collection.
- The day before your arrival, the reception office will contact you to coordinate the time and collection of the key.
- Check-in: 16.00 - 00.00 p.m.
- Check-out: 00.00 - 10.00 a.m.
- If a late check-out is possible, whenever possible, contact the agency to arrange availability, cost and times.

DEPOSIT
On arrival, guests are required to pay a deposit of € 300,00 by credit card. It will be refunded within 7 days of check-out if the house is in the agreed condition.

PRIOR REQUEST
- Transfer service can be arranged with extra payment 72 hours in advance.
- Cot and high chair free of charge.
- Second cot and high chair € 10,00/day.
- Extra bed if available: € 40,00/day.
All additional payments to be paid to the agency on arrival.

TOURIST TAX
Since July 2016, the local authorities have introduced a tourist tax (eco-tax):
- € 2,20 / person / night for the first 8 days. All subsequent days € 1.10 / person / night. Not applicable to children under 16 years old.
- It is compulsory for all tourists in Mallorca to be registered in the National Police Portal.

ALL GUESTS OVER 16 YEARS OF AGE MUST SEND THE FOLLOWING DETAILS:
1. Flight arrival and departure time.
2. Mobile phone number.
3. Passport or identity card number.
4. Name and surname.
5. Date of birth.
6. Date of issue of passport or identity card.
7. Date of expiry of the passport or identity card.
8. Country.
