Newly Refurbished Apartment On The Mediterranean Fishermens Port Of Cala Figuera

The apartment is very spacious (140 m2), newly refurbished and very well equipped. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a very spacious interior dining and living room and a lovely terrace with two different areas: dining area with views to the sea and Cala Figuera's lighthouse and vigilance tower; and outer living area with outdoor sofas ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or walking around.

The apartment is ideal for couples or families. Children are very welcome and for sure will enjoy the spacious living room (we also provide some toys for them to make the most of their holidays).

The apartment is situated in Cala Figuera, a charming historical fishermens port on the south coast of Majorca at 5km from Santanyí, 54km from Palma de Mallorca and 44km from the airport. Nearest beaches are Cala Santanyí at 3km and the wonderful beaches of the Mondragó National park at 4km. You can reach Cala Figuera by bus from Palma de Mallorca but is very advisable to rent a car (you can hire it at the airport) in order to move around freely. The village provides guests with all the essentials they may need during their stay; shops, supermarkets, stores, pharmacies etc… as well as numerous bars and restaurants of high quality and with prices to suit every pocket.

You will be at only 5km from Santanyí, famous for its twice weekly food and artisans market that takes place in the centre every Wednesday and Saturday.

The landscape of the surroundings are both rural and coastal. It has two natural parks (Mondragó and Cabrera) and excellent beaches with in 10 or 15 minutes drive.

A very good stay
We had a very good stay in this very nice apartment. Contact with the managers was easy though WhatsApp. We arrived late but she hide the key and sent me a photo. It is quite there, a supermarket is located directy over the the street. Trips to the town are easy done by foot. When you are traveling with kid, we recommend using a rental car. Will come back with joy!

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub
Wir (2 Freundinnen aus Deutschland) waren im Oktober 2023 auf Mallorca und haben diese Wohnung für unseren 10 tägigen Aufenthalt gebucht. Die Wohnung hält absolut was sie verspricht. Sie ist geräumig und absolut zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls gut bemessen. Alles in ausreichendem Maße vorhanden. Selbst an Strandmatten und Sonnenschirme wurde hier gedacht. Die Lage in der ersten Etage bietet trotz der gegenüber stehenden Häuser noch einen Blick auf das Meer. Der Supermarkt ist tatsächlich direkt gegenüber, hatte aber die letzten 3 Tage unsere Aufenthaltes geschlossen. Leider ist die Wohnung ausgesprochen hellhörig. Bei Wind (wir durften die ersten Herbststürme erleben) klappern die Fensterläden, die Fensterflügel und auch die Türen - wenn man sie nicht wie vorgesehen festgestellt hatte. Das gleiche im übrigen in der darüber gelegenen Wohnung. Wenn das sehr empfehlenswerte Restaurant gegenüber geöffnet hat hört man auch jedes Wort, das auf der Terrasse gesprochen wird. Und eines abends saßen die Leute bis 02.30 Uhr auf der Terrasse. Gut man hätte die Fenster schließen können, aber wir wollten ja die frische warme Luft genießen. Trotz 2 Badezimmern ist das gleichzeitig Duschen nicht möglich. Der Wasserdruck, des Boilers reicht nur für eine Abnahmestelle. Aber wir wollen uns hier absolut nicht beschweren. Wir wollten nur darauf hinweisen.

Lovely apartment. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning. Sea views from balcony. Good parking nearby, and a supermarket just across the road. A short drive to Cala Santanyí which is a wonderful beach. Cala Mondrago is also nearby. Both Cala Figuera and Santanyí are lovely towns.

Perfekt gelegen 3 Min zum Hafen, Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, ausreichend Parkplätze direkt an der Straße, sehr gutes W-LAN (als URL vorab), alles da was man braucht, 3 abgetrennte Schlafzimmer + großer Wohnbereich und schöner großer Balkon. Sehr schöne Wohnung, fast alles Topp
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und ca. 5 Minuten Fussweg vom Hafen entfernt. Gegenüber der Wohnung ein Supermarkt. Strände, Santanyi schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Schlüsselübergabe war einfach, Besitzerin sehr freundlich. Sie gab uns weitere nützliche Tipps für Restaurant, Strand..... Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und so wie beschrieben. Jedoch, und hier kommt der Haken, zumindest wenn es sehr heiß ist: es gibt nur eine Klimaanlage, in einer Wohnzimmerecke (1 Eur/1 Stunde). Das bedeutet die Schlafzimmer werden nicht mit kühler Luft erreicht. Da auf einer Seite eine Bar sich befindet, wird man bei geöffentem Fenster auch schon einmal bis nach 24.00 Uhr "unterhalten". Eine Klimaanlage für weitere Zimmer ist lt. Besitzer für das nächste Jahr geplant und soll dann im Preis includiert werden.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, modern, sehr geräumig, alles was man braucht ist da, sehr sauber. Toll, dass die Bettwäsche/ Handtücher nach einer Woche gewechselt wurden. Ein Supermarkt mit frischen Brötchen ist gegenüber. Es ist ruhig. Cala Figuera ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Mallorca zu erkunden. Die Tipps von Alejandra waren sehr gut. Wir würden sofort wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Wir waren für 6 Nächte hier und haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung und die Umgebung sind ein Traum. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen, mit allem was man braucht, direkt vor der Haustür. Restaurants die Straße hoch und am Hafen sind zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Alejandra war super und sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Erholsame, ruhige Tage in Cala Figuera
Wir können diese schöne Wohnung nur empfehlen. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon war ein Genuss. Frisches Baguette gibt es direkt gegenüber. Am Abend empfehlen wir unbedingt das „ Mistral“, lecker Fisch in verschiedenen Variationen.

Sehr angenehme, große und helle Wohnung (1.OG). In drei Richtungen Blick zwischen Häusern zum Meer.
Leider waren wir nur drei Tage dort und hatten auch etwas Pech mit dem Wetter über die Ostertage. Dennoch haben wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders der große Wohn-/Essraum mit den vielen Fenstern und Blick zum Meer hat es uns angetan. Aber auch der Balkon mit Morgensonne und Blick über die fernen Felsen der Bucht zum Turm, der andere Balkon mit Abendsonne..., die große Küche, die dezente freundliche Dekoration sind Pluspunkte. Man hat auch bei längerer Verweildauer in der Wohnung genügend Bewegungsfreiheit, da sie nicht mit Möbeln zugestellt ist. Toll ist auch, dass sich direkt gegenüber ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet und auch das Zentrum mit Restaurants, Geschäften, Autovermietung, Fahrradverleih und mehrere Einstiege zu herrlichen Wanderungen vorhanden sind. Vielen Dank!

Mit 5 Frauen verbrachten wir Anfang März eine wunderbare Woche in dieser gepflegten Wohnung! Alejandra ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Die Wohnung hatte sie schon angeheizt vor unserer Ankunft! Diese wurde sehr gut warm , mit der Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und Elektroheizkörpern in den Schlafzimmern! Bei einem Kurzschluss( Wochenende) brachte Gabriel am Sonntag einen neuen Boiler an! Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich und nah zum wunderschönen Hafen Cala Figuera! Alles zu bester Zufriedenheit!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit klasse Vermietern!
Die Wohnung liegt nahe am Wasser und man kann das Wasser von dem umlaufenden Balkon aus sehen, Lebensmittelmarkt ist direkt gegenüber - besser geht es nicht. Der Ort selbst ist eher verlassen im November, aber man kann mit dem Auto prima den Osten und Süden abfahren. Die Vermieter sind Spitze, die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet- es ist alles da was man braucht.

A wonderful apartment providing a fantastic base from which to explore the island
This apartment is absolutely perfect in every way. It was immaculately clean and very well equipped – everything that we needed was provided. The balcony, running around 2 sides of the apartment, meant that there was always somewhere sunny to sit from eating breakfast to having an early evening drink. The small supermarket across the road was well stocked with a wide range of food, drink, beach accessories and also had a small bakery for fresh bread and pastries. Gabriel & Alejandra were really friendly & helpful with info before we arrived and also upon arrival. The small town of Cala Figuera is a very pretty fishing village with lots of restaurants down by the port – Es Port is especially good. In addition we found a small French restaurant – La Petite Inglesia – which was just round the corner from the apartment and was a small friendly restaurant with extremely good food. All the restaurants are within walking distance but it is a steep climb back up the hill to the apartment. The nearby beaches at Cala Santanyi, S’amarador and Cala Llombards were easy to reach by car and parking was easily available. If you are looking for a totally relaxing break, then this is the place!

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig und hat uns gut gefallen. Im Ort gibt es zwar kein Strand, aber dafür ein kleiner idyllischer Hafen mit Restaurants. Mit dem Auto ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Wären gerne länger geblieben und würde die Wohnung auch ein zweites Mal anmieten.

Sehr schön, sehr sauber, gut gelegen
Das ist eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt nahe am Meer, welches aber nur über eine Klippe zu erreichen ist. Auch liegt das Ganze ungewohnt ruhig. Alle beiden Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Durch die aufmerksamen Vermieter war eine Glasche Wasser im Kühlschrank. Wir würden ein Mietauto unbedingt empfehlen um die vielen Strände in der Nöhe erkunden zu können. Prima!
