Holiday house with private pool

Very spacious house for 7 people with private pool for rent in the charming harbor town of Porto Petro, Mallorca. Just 600 meters from restaurants overlooking the harbor and the marina of Porto Petro, where you can practice water sports. The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Mondragó is in the Mondragó Natural Park, just 3.6 km away.

House on two levels. On the ground floor is the living room with access to the veranda and the pool. The large kitchen is also dining room with a large table and has access to the pool area. A pantry and a laundry room are located next to the kitchen. Furthermore, the ground floor has a bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite with bathtub and a guest toilet. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms. The master bedroom with double bed, dressing room and bathroom en suite with corner bath jacuzzi not available-. A second bedroom with double bed and the third bedroom with a single bed (+ a pull-out bed for a child). Both bedrooms each have their own small terrace and share a separate bathroom with shower.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms with limited and fixed usage time: 21:00 - 09:00 and 14:00 - 16:00

The beautiful covered terrace is very spacious and offers enough space for a long dining table, a grill and a small chill-out corner where you can enjoy an excellent evening drink.
