"I stayed with my family, 6 adults and my young grandchild for a week in mid September. The property is in an excellent location, quiet neighbourhood and just a short walk to beach/shops/water park/marina etc. The property itself had just about everything we needed for the week and the pool was great......we could alternate between relaxing days at the villa & exploring different places. The property was well equipped and spotlessly clean ......there were not enough cups or glasses for a family...

"Beautiful villa at the top of san Jaime, the perfect place to relax and enjoy beautiful views. Villa was exactly as described and well accommodated 6 adults plus a 10 month old perfectly. The property is at the top of a very steep hill, so it is worth having a car for trips to the supermarket. However a taxi from the centre cost €7.50 and took a matter of minutes, we did discover one of the supermarkets did do delivery though which is worth knowing for the future. All in all a fantastic holiday"

"We had a great time at villa Santo Tome. The place was very clean and great value for money. Some furniture could be replaced, especially the outdoor rattan sofa, although this did not affect us massively. We would recommend and we would stay again!"

Pretty Family Villa very close to the Beach

"The villa was very large with a large and had a large pool that kept me and my family very happy. The location is perfect with many restaurants within walking distance. The only improvement I could recommend would be A/C in the bedrooms. But other than that it was amazing. "

"Good property, clean and spacious. Good location which is close to beach, supermarket and restaurants. Also good location to explore island. Basic furnishing and amenities throughout and lacks shade in pool area which is needed in the summer."

"Everything was fine. Location and pool are highlights. Very much appreciated late checkout. Although it sleeps 6, that would be a real squeeze we were 3 so one in each bedroom and you have to keep all the doors open as only A/C in 2 places. Dont know if its a covid thing but was surprised there was literally nothing in the kitchen. No salt/pepper/oil/ice etc. So you have to buy everything and then leave it there. Some basics would make it better. Minor point though as was perfect for what we...

"A lovely family friendly functional villa in a fab location"

"The villa is only a short walk to the beach and has everything you need for a great stay in Arenal d’en Castell, with air con, a dishwasher and washing machine. The pool was mostly empty all week which was a great bonus! Lovely outside seating which is mostly shaded so is perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day at the beach. Lots of beautiful restaurants with amazing sea views only 15mins walk so location is perfect!"

"Beautiful setting off the beaten track. Trees and flowering shrubs all around. Orchards in surrounding area, where friendly landowner busy working early and late in the day. Idyllic pool area for watching birds and insects busily flitting about. Frequent appearance of small lizards scurrying around. Very hot weather, so the pool was extremely welcoming. It had everything that we needed and the location was close to the beach and all the bars/restaurants and shops in cala en porter. the welcome pack with water and local produce was greatly appreciated. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Would recommend this villa."

"This villa was just about perfect for us. The kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve had the pleasure to cook in. Pool was lovely and warm as it gets the sun most of the day. Plenty of shade available too under the porch should you need to cool off. The local shops are only 5-10 minutes away depending on which ones you go to. All in all we would go again given the opportunity."
