"This is a very nice and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The room was beyond my expectations, clean, comfortable, quiet. The cleaning staff are amazing and should be recognized. Only two negatives. the breakfast could be better, the eggs were very runny and not fully cooked-cold, buenlos-cold. After i checked in I left and walked over to Subway and while I was in subway I turned around and saw one of the staff from the hotel talking to the lady who works at subway and pointing at me and then he left. I have no i idea what that was about but I'm not sure why he was folllowing me in the first place. But other than that the hotel itself is very nice.I would love to stay there again. "

"Overall good. The only issue is if you come by car indoor parking is small you may not find a space available and on Sunday’s the city shuts down the main avenue from 8-12 for cyclists "

"The room was clean, practical and modern. Beds were comfortable and the shower was great (hot water! Yeah!!). The view of the mountains is fantastic. Gorgeous scenery all around us. Within a short walking distance is The Mirador which has a restaurant (delicious food), a coffee shop and a bar and the view from there is amazing as well. The most important reason I’m giving Hotel Finca 5 stars is the service Angela provided. She found transportation for me and family anywhere we needed to go at a reasonable price, a manicurist and a hairdresser who came to the finca to provide their services at the comfort of the spa area the finca has. She was a wonderful, trustworthy resource who gave me peace of mind in an unfamiliar hotel and town. "
