magnificent resting place
A magnificent place to rest, we could only stay a week, we came to this farm recommended by friends who already were in it last year, contacted by phone, the owner very friendly we reserve Estefan, we have been 7 days in a hotel in playa de las americas and the rest here, to know had we spent the 10 days in this place. The houses are beautifully decorated and furnished, nothing is missing, the stunning views, peace is everywhere in the air, it was time of harvest and grapes have given us, the owner has an ecological farm and invited us if we needed to pick vegetables it for our consumption. BBQ area is excellent for relaxing, reading or just see the sights. I can only say that it is worth coming to this place to find out how tenerife and its people is actually outside of tourist areas. john maqueen

Beautiful view!
We stayed 11 nights at the house and enjoyed it very much. We are a family with two kids aged 2 and 4. There are many great things to see and do in Tenerife and we loved staying in north Tenerife away from all the tourisme. The view from the house is breathtaking!! We would have liked to know: 1. That the road up to the house is very very steep. Our rented car almost couldnt make it up the hill. We would recommend a car with a big engine. 2. That the owner comes everyday to do things on the farm, which means less privacy. 3. That the house is not one 130 m2 house but three separate houses. The owner is friendly and helpful. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen
Waren März 2022 insgesamt 9 Tage vor Ort. Wir wurden von Herrn Perez in Santa Ursula in Empfang genommen und die Fahrt ins Quartier erfolgte über eine sehr (!) steile Straße. Gut motorisierte Auto ist also zu empfehlen. Quartier ist rustikal, alles was nötig ist, ist vorhanden ! Super Atmosphäre, schöner Blick aufs Meer und Herr Perez als Vermieter ist einfach prima. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen, schon alleine um die Ruhe im Dorf genießen zu können. Und am Abend geht es in die Bodega......

Toller Meerblich oben am Berg
Zunächst möchte ich betonen, dass Sie sich keinen besseren Gastgeber wünschen könnten. Estefan tut wirklich alles, um einem einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Das Haus .... bzw. die Häuser (Das Objekt ist in drei Häuser aufgeteilt) sind einfach aber gemütlich. Das erste Haus besteht nur aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Kaminofen. Das zweite Haus hat ein Schlafzimmer, ein Duschbad und eine Wohnküche. Das dritte Haus war der Ort, wo wir uns fast ausschließlich aufgehalten haben. Ein großer Raum mit viel Glas, so dass man eine Tolle Aussicht hat. Der Raum hat einen riesigen Kamin mit Grillfläche die man an Ketten, mit Hilfe einer Kurbel, hoch und runter bewegen kann, um die optimale Grillhöhe einzustellen. Wir haben fast täglich über dem offenen Feuer gekocht. Alternativ steht nebendran noch ein Gasherd. Auf der anderen Seite gibt’s ein Spülbecken…allerdings nur mit kaltem Wasser. In dem Raum steht außerdem noch ein großer Esstisch und zwei Sofas. Der Vorteil in diesem Raum zu Grillen und zu kochen ist, dass so der Raum auch im Winter warm wird. Die anderen Räume sind kaum warm und trocken zu bekommen. So ist auch das Bettzeug schon ziemlich klamm. Ansonsten ist es ein wirklich schönes Objekt. Ich hatte vorherigen Bewertungen entnommen, dass der Weg hoch zum Haus sehr steil wäre und man bei einem Mietwagen darauf achten soll reichlich PS zu haben. Das habe ich beherzigt und noch einen Upgrade von einer Mittelklasse auf einen SUV beschlossen. PS mäßig war ich dann auch gut ausgestattet, nur hatte das den Nachteil, dass der SUV auch etwas breiter war als andere Autos. Da der Weg zum Haus nicht nur Steil sondern auch teilweise extrem eng ist, habe ich mir damit keinen Gefallen getan. Also …. Klein aber mit Power wäre perfekt. Ansonsten finde ich den Norden Teneriffas, wo auch das Haus ist, deutlich schöner als den Süden. Puerto de la Cruz ….meines Erachtens …. die schönste Stadt auf der Insel. Man kann bestimmt gut wandern und auch eine Fahrt hoch zum Teide lohnt sich.

Very original, cosy and quiet house in the beautiful north of Tenerife
A very special place to get to know Tenerife 'from the other side'! Very mountaineaous, amongst vineyard sand on a beautiful hillside. Take care of the steepness of the hills, and for the rest: enjoy the great view. The house is very cosy, and well equipped with a beautifull porch and nice kitchen with a great view. The fire places create warm evenings with wood-fire. The surroundings are just beautifull, lovely beaches, rough seasides. We enjoyed it very much!

mozzafiato
ottima posizione con vista mozzafiato. la casa grande, pulita, ben tenuta. un po' scomodo il fatto che non ci fosse il bagno nella seconda stanza. stanza barbecue stupenda e molto funzionale. attrezzatura per cucinare completa. esteban super gentile e prodigo di consigli per il soggiorno e la visita dell'isola. mozzafiato anche la strada per accedere alla casa...!!! wifi ottimo nella sala barbecue (essenziale se avete figli adolescenti). lontani dalla confusione dei posti più famosi dell'isola, si può apprezzare l'aspra e sublime bellezza di tenerife.

Excelentes vacaciones en el campo entre viñedos.todo es como anuncia el propietario, no se aprecia en las fotos la paz y tranquilidad del lugar . las casas totalmente equipadas con todo detalle .estefan su propietario además nos obsequiaba con verdura de su huerto ecológico y huevos ecológicos también de sus gallinas. Todo muy cercano para llegar.muy recomendable a parejas familias y escapadas. Muy contentos con la elección repetiremos.

maravillosa estancia entre viñedos
Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en familia, la zona es espectacular la casa esta totalmente equipada,no falta ni el menor detalle para hacer de ella un sitio especial,su dueño ha sido muy atento con nosotros dejándonos incluso verduras de su huerto ecológico y huevos acabante deponer por sus gallinas. Muy atento y amable con todo.personalmente recomiendo la casa la zona y ojalá todos los propietarios de alquileres fuesen como este señor. Esperamos volver pronto

Maravillosa estadía en la finca rural
La casa es exactamente como aparece en la foto y nos la entregaron impecable con todo lo necesario. El lugar y su entorno es maravilloso, ideal para quienes quieran ir a relajarse y conectar con la naturaleza. Se pueden hacer largos paseos por al rededor disfrutando de lindísimas vistas. Amanecer con un día soleado en ese lugar puede ser la gloria a demás de poder utilizar la terraza para meditar y hacer yoga con vista a la montaña y el mar. En los días fríos y lluviosos, encendíamos la chimenea que lo hacía aún más encantador por las noches. Estephan, el dueño de casa es una persona muy atenta y preocupada de todos los detalles. Se encargó personalmente de tenernos leña y lo que necesitáramos para hacernos agradable nuestra estadía. Hasta nos compartió las verduras de su huerto para nuestro consumo. Gracias por todo, merece la pena visitar la finca.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit viel Platz!!
Wir haben sehr gemütliche Tage in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen und das trotz des kältesten Winters seit 35 Jahren! die Bilder Stimmen absolut mit der Realität überein. Der Kamin in unserer Wohnung und die Ausstattung haben sehr zu unserem Wohlbefinden beigetragen, ebenso wie Estefans Engagement. Der Ausblick auf die Küste und die Örtchen am Hang sind traumhaft, wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus gerne weiter und können uns sehr gut vorstellen unseren Aufenthalt zu wärmerer Jahreszeit zu wiederholen!

Ruhiger, entspannter Aufenthalt in schönem Haus
Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - wir hatten das vordere Häuschen gemietet (2 Personen, Sclafzimmer, Wohnbereich, Küche, Bad) - der separate "Frühstücksraum" bzw. "Party- und Kochraum" war top. Insgesamt sehr ruhig - steile Anfahrt in schmalen Gassen - das Haus liegt direkt im Weinanbaugebiet - Estefan baut selber an (und hat mit uns auch 2-3 Weinchen getrunken). Großer Garten ist vorhanden - Brennholz für den Ofen bzw. offenen Grill ist ebenfalls von Estefan vorbereitet worden. Waren im Dezember da - ist dann Abends sehr angenehm den Kamin anzuschmeissen, weil es im Vergleich mit dem Süden / Santa Cruz doch recht kühl wird. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert - sehr charmant ... ist natürlich kein 5 Sterne-Hotel aber liebenswert eingerichtet und man hat wirklich eine super ausstattung zur Selbstversorgung.

Mit herrlichem Blick auf den Atlantik und einen Großteil der Insel wurden wir belohnt, wenn wir und unser kleines Auto täglich den (gefühlt) fast 45%igen Anstieg zum Haus gerade so geschafft hatten. Das schöne Anwesen stand uns dann ganz allein zur Verfügung, Platz gibt es drinnen und draußen genug und man kann sich's richtig schön machen in dem urigen Haus, sofern man zum Landleben gehörende Mitbewohnern (z.B. Spinnen) akzeptiert. Nicht zuletzt wegen des Hauses verbrachten wir einen recht abenteuerlichen und unvergesslich schönen Urlaub in den Weinbergen von Santa Ursula.

Un espacio para relajarse
Hola! La casa está situada en la montaña, parte alta de La Corujera. Las calles para acceder a la casa son un poco estrechas y con fuerte pendiente pero vale la pena el entorno en el que después te encuentras en la casa y sus alrededores. Tranquilidad y sin ruido. Casa limpia y con los accesorios necesarios para el día a día. Un poco de humedad debido a la altura y entorno pero se puede utilizar la chimenea para calentar el interior de la casa. Muy acogedora y cómoda. El propietario muy servicial. Mut recomendable. Respeto a lugares interesantes recomendamos la Playa El Bollullo, el restaurante El Calderito de la abuela y los Guanchinches típicos.

Gemütliche Finca in den Weinbergen von SantaUrsula
Alle positive Kommentare können wir nur bestätigen. Das Anwesen (insgesamt 3 Gebäude) sind sehr gepflegt und stilvoll/liebevoll eingerichtet. Auf ca. 700 m Höhe mit einer grandiosen Aussicht gekrönt und fernab vom Touristenrummel, ein Geheimtipp für entspannte Tage auf Teneriffa. Die Anfahrt ist wirklich steil und das Klima ist im Sommer gut erträglich das oben, da es nicht so extrem heiß wird. Die Fotos sind absolut authentisch! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort super wohl gefühlt und das wird nicht unser letzter Urlaub bei Estefan gewesen sein.

maravilloso lugar de descanso
maravilloso lugar en las montañas para el descanso y reencuentro con uno mismo , vistas a la montaña y al mar , muy cercano a el bonito pueblo de la corujera y al barrio de santa ursula , plagado de sitios donde comer la comida típica de la isla y degustar el vino de la zona por un precio muy asequible. La casa que decir , es acogedora confortable , casi no te dan ganas de salir de ella pues tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones , la barbacoa inmensa con zona de descanso incluida , además de estar dentro de una finca ecológica donde su dueño , si no te regala vino te deja que cojas de lo que allí hay sembrado . nos hemos sentido especiales y muy cuidados la recomiendo a parejas familias y grupos para relajarse. great location in the mountains for rest and reunion with oneself, overlooking the mountains and the sea, close to the pretty village of Corujera and santa ursula neighborhood, full of places to eat typical food of the island and taste wine from the area for a very affordable price. The house they say is cozy comfortable, hardly makes you want to leave it as it has everything you need for a holiday, the vast barbecue with seating area included, in addition to being an organic farm where the owner, if gives you no wine leaves you lame what's planted there. we felt very special care and recommend it to couples families and groups to relax.

Erholung garantiert!
Den Kommentaren der vorangegangenen Reisenden ist eigentlich nichts hinzuzufügen, das Casa ist wie auf den Bildern gezeigt sehr einfach, enorm charmant und besteht aus drei Häusern. Wir haben das kleine Blaue zum schlafen benutzt und im separaten "Kochhaus" mit Indoorgrill gegessen. Der Grill ist einfach perfekt und wir waren kein einziges Mal in den umliegenden Guachinchen essen, weil wir es so gemütlich in unserem Casa fanden. Im kleinen Schlafhaus haben wir abends den Ofen kurz mit Holz beheizt, damit es gemütlich warm war. Nachts ist es so hoch in den Bergen schon gerne empfindlich kalt, je nach Jahreszeit. Jedenfalls der perfekte Ort um abzuschalten, wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Estefan ist ab und an mal da und bestellt die angrenzenden Felder und Weinberge, er meldet sich aber immer vorher per Mail oder klingelt am Tor - alles ganz unkompliziert. Was man allerdings deutlich sagen muss ist, dass die Anfahrt zum Haus nichts für ungeübte Fahrer und schwach motorisierte Leihwagen ist. Es geht zum Teil fast senkrecht einspurige enge Gässchen hoch, mit Gegenverkehr! Wir hatten zum Glück einen Diesel, der diese tägliche Strapaze solide bewältigt hat. Wir sind traurig, dass unser Urlaub nun vorbei ist und können dieses Casa wirklich weiterempfehlen. Gruß von Frauke & Marcus ?

Chamantes Domizil, sehr netter Gastgeber
Charmante Unterkunft inmitten von Weingärten hoch über dem Meer. Zusätzlich zum blauen und weißen Häuschen, das wir gemietet hatten, durften wir auch das rote mitbenutzen, das der Vermieter Estefan normalerweise selbst bewohnt, wenn das Anwesen vakant ist. Darin befindet sich eine top ausgestattete Sommerküche mit großem Grill und gigantischer Aussicht. Die Wohnhäuser sind liebevoll im kanarischen Stil eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Leider waren die Stromleitungen vom vorangegangenen sehr harten Winter in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, was zum Stromausfall führte. Aber Estefan kümmerte sich auf der Stelle und sehr engagiert um das Problem. Er ist ein ausnehmend netter Gastgeber, der uns nicht nur mit selbst gekeltertem Wein versorgte und uns viel über die Insel erzählte, sondern uns auch einen Crash-Kurs in kanarischer Küche erteilte. Er spricht gut Englisch und auch Deutsch (sein Vater ist Österreicher). Vielen Dank, Estefan!

Great!
Great place, calm and quiet, with an excellent view over the ocean and the sunset. It's good to escape from the crowded places.
