3 bedroom villa with private pool, large living room, breathtaking views through each window. You will be not visible to the neighbors so you can relax as you wish. No city or highway noise can be heard, however you can reach the Puerto de la Cruz promenade in 10 min. The pool is always heated by solar panels, although it is possible to order additional pool heating up to 26+ (200 € week). Private parking for 2 cars. Netflix, good wifi all over the place, massage chair with zero gravity effect.
You will forget about the hustle as soon as you cross the threshold of "Relaxing Villa". There are no steps in the house, and all the walls from the ocean side are glass.
Private pool heated in winter from which you can enjoy the beauty of Teide. Cozy barbecue area, with Weber gas grill, with a round table and small tropical plants, hidden from the sun for your comfort. A jogging track, sun loungers, retractable awnings and other details for relaxation and tranquility. Two bedrooms on the sunny side have air conditioning, and a large glass window on the terrace slides open to let fresh ocean air into the house. A gift - cozy room slippers.

Relaxing Villa is private property and you rent it directly from the owner. Everything that is in and around the house is available to you. The only exception is the garage. It is closed, because I store my personal belongings out there. Parking for 2 cars in front of the house is included.
My guests can always find a gift basket with champagne and fruits in the house. But if you have a late flight or are traveling with a small child, you can send me an order for a visit to the supermarket and I will gladly deliver everything needed for your arrival. The kitchen has a water filtration system. You can safely drink tap water. I make every effort to make your stay safe in relation to the epidemiological requirements. After the departure of previous guests, the villa is fully cleaned with antiseptic agents.
Shortly before arrival you will be sent an online link (partee.es) for tourist registration of all adults in your group. Do not ignore this, without tourist registration it is impossible to check in.
