Lovely apartment. Host David was very welcoming and gave us some excellent suggestions of where to go and what to do. Apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you would need including pool towels and additional bedding and towels. Lovely pool area and gardens.

Perfect we stayed for 10 weeks and loved every minute of it will definitely be going here again
Just home from spending the last 10 weeks in this lovely apartment. It is spotlessly clean, bright and welcoming. It has everything you could possibly want or need for the perfect stay. It is in a lovely quiet area where you can sit on the balcony and watch the world go bye. There is a lovely little resteraunt downstairs and a supermarket. There is also a couple of large supermarkets and plenty of cafes and resteraunt 10/15 minute walk away. You could have a car there is a car rental place downstairs but is not really necessary as there is a very good bus service and a bus stop at the top of the hill. The views are stunning and lovely to walk around the area. The owner David was on hand for any queries we had and went above and beyond. This really is a 5star property and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. We will certainly return 😀😎

Perfect Appartment
We like this apartment very much. It is equipped with everything from microwave to juice maker. Very clean and all furniture in very good new condition. David is very nice and gave us many useful tips about staying. In the same house in ground floor also a mini supermarket where you can find necessary things, also fresh bread and croissants. We will miss this apartment. Hope we will return there. Maryna and Wolfgang

Moderne, schöne Ferienwohnung in geschlossener Wohnanlage
David ist ein netter, freundlicher Gastgeber (spricht auch englisch), der uns manchen interessanten Tip gab. Die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig, sowohl nach La Laguna, Santa Cruz, aber auch nach Puerto de la Cruz. Der Teide Nationalpark ist über die TF21 aus dem benachbarten La Orotava recht einfach zu erreichen. Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung entspricht ansonsten der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Es ist alles blitzblank und gepflegt, auch in den Schränken. Wasch-Trockner (Kombigerät) und Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi sind neuwertig. Im Kühlschrank gab's vom Gastgeber eine Flasche Wein und eine Flasche Wasser. Das Bett ist recht fest, was auch der Kaltschaumauflieger nicht wettmachen kann. TV (mit deutschen Programmen, Netflix, Amazon etc.) funktioniert prima, ebenso das Internet (ca. 100 MBit/s Up-und Down-Stream). Im Wäscheschrank ist ein Safe (Schlüssel) eingebaut, wer es braucht. Parkplätze gibt es - sofern frei - innerhalb der Wohnanlage, die man nur mit Schlüssel bzw. Toröffner betreten kann. Wir mußten aber nie außerhalb Parken. Sonne hat man auf dem Balkon nur bis ca. 11 - 11.30, da er nach Osten hinaus geht. Aber schöner Meerblick. Bei der Genauigkeit des Inserates gibt es allerdings Punktabzug hinsichtlich der Ruhe. Die ist hier nicht wirklich gegeben: Die Wohnung geht auf die Straße hinaus, auf der den ganzen Tag Busse das benachbarte Hotel La Quinta anfahren. Der Supermarkt und das Restaurant genau unterhalb des Balkones sorgen durch ihren Lieferverkehr auch für ständiges Motorengeräusch. Und als Abschluß kommt montags bis freitags abends nach 23.00 die Müllabfuhr. Außerdem gibt es rundherum viele Hunde, die (ortsüblich) ständig am Bellen sind. Wir haben aber dennoch den Urlaub genossen, denn wir waren sehr viel unterwegs.

Eine Ferienwohnung mit schönem Blick und guter Ausstattung
Wir sind grade auf dem Nachhauseflug nach einem 4wöchigen Aufenthalt. Wir sind immer wieder begeistert von der Insel, den vielen Möglichkeiten. Die Wohnung war bestens ausgestattet mit allem Equipment, das man sich nur voerstellen kann. Von einer Küche mit funktionierenden! Toller Blick vom großen Balkon. Pfannen, relativ neuwertigen Möbeln, ein Bett mit hohem Schlafcomfort fast wie im Boxspring-Bett, tollen Balkonmöbeln. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohnkomplex, in dem Einheimische wohnen, aber auch touristische Vermietung stattfindet. Etwas störend könnte sein, dass das Hotel nebenan häufig von Bussen angefahren wird,, die beim Rückwärtsfahren durchdringend piepsen. Bei uns gehörte das allerdings irgendwann dazu. Tolles WLAN. Gleich im Haus ist ein kleiner Laden, in dem man alles Wichtige erhält, ein gutes Restaurant (nicht laut) und auch eine Autovermietung. Nebenan ist das Hotel La Quinta. Hier kann man mal auf der Sonnenterrasse ein Bier genießen oder das schöne Spa gegen Bezahlung benutzen. La Quinta ist schön zu wohnen, allerdings braucht man ein Auto. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist vorbildlich. Am letzten Tag vergaßen wir noch den Schlüssel im Appartment, kein Problem, David und Bea wohnen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Den Pool konnten wir leider nicht benutzen, da es um den Jahreswechsel doch zu kalt war. Alles in der Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Danke!

Schöne saubere Ferienwohnung mit Spülmaschine
Check-in und-out hat super einfach geklappt, Bea und David sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Whg war super sauber, meine Freundin meinte, dass dies die erste Ferienwhg sei, wo sie gerne die Koffer ausgepackt und alles in die Schränke... gepackt hat. Einziges Manko, dafür können Bea und David allerdings nicht, die Lage des Balkons raus zur Straße. Leider fahren vor- und nachmittags viele Busse zum nahen Hotel um Personen abzuholen und zu bringen. Da an der Straße alles zugeparkt ist, müssen die Busse rückwärts ans Hotel rangieren um danach mit Vollgas den Berg hochzufahren. Ich schreibe das nur, da lärmsensible Personen das wissen sollten. Da ist allerdings das einzige Manko, wenn die Fenster und Türen geschlossen sind, ist nur wenig davon zu hören. Highlight ist die Spülmaschine, den es gibt nicht schlimmeres als im Urlaub spülen zu müssen :D Kleine Packungen mit Tabs gibts es im Hiperdino im Hauptort.

Trevligt mottagande av värden, all utrustning man kan tänka sig och en balkong med morgonsol och utsikt mot både bergen och havet. Ett lugnt och stilla område som lämpar sig väl som bas för utflykter på Teneriffa.

Beatiful bright well-equipped apartment with nice views to admire the sunrise at balcony. Bea and David are very friendly and helpful. Nearby there are several beatiful views. Wir verbrachten eine gute Zeit in der Ferienwohnung von Bea&David. Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stockwerk. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Great accomodation, great island and great host !!!
We had a wonderful time in David and Bea`s apartment and on Tenerife. We have booked FEWO for many years and this was, on the one hand the most lovingly and tastefully furnished apartment, and on the other hand the cleanest, we`ve ever had. All the machines (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine,kettle ...) worked excellently and made our stay very comfortable. Everything is new in the flat !!! There is a huge balcony with a corner for having meals, with nice white balcony furniture and another corner with two wicker chairs to relax and enjoy the sunset. The sight from the balcony is wonderful ...right hand you look into the mountains, lefthand at the sea ...this alone is relaxation and holidays :-) We also appreciated that the balcony is at the front of the building, because we felt it was more private and interesting. At the back of the house, you find the swimmingpool in a parklike setting - there are always only a few people, often we had it exclusively. For us, St Ursula was the best choice. There is no mass tourism, you can reach every part of the island in one hour - at the most !!! The nearest and nicest black beach is in Puerto de la Cruz, el Jardin, just 10/15 minutes away from St Ursula or the light, wide beach (Sahara sand) of las Terresitas, close to Santa Cruz, it takes about 25 minutes to go there, by car. It`s nice to spend the evenings at Puerto de la Cruz with its tapas bars and restaurants in typical Spanish streets - of course eating or having a drink outside is pure joy and delight. :-) :-) In our opinion visiting the Teide and watching the dolphins in freedom (not in the park) is a MUST, because it`s a special experience. Besides it`s not bad to have a wellness hotel opposite. You can use the fitness room for 6€ or have a wellness day for 10€ and do a lot of other wellness program there .... or simply take a drink in the nice hotel garden. At last, David and Bea are great hosts. There is a lot of information at one`s disposal in the flat, again well-structured and lovingly collected and David already gave us some tips, when we arrived. They were always achievable for us, but it was our decision to contact them and in the end everything was organized so perfectly that there was no need to.... The communication was always very friendly and immideately. We can honestly recommend D & B`s wonderful apartment and these likable and caring hosts themselves - thank you so much, David & Bea !
