Beautiful designer detached villa with stunning terraces overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast and relax. Very spacious, with an exquisite decoration where the smallest detail has been taken care of and large windows through which natural light enters. With capacity for 4 people, distributed in 3 beautiful rooms, ideal for families and couples. With a quick connection to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island. This property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday.

It is ideal for families and couples as it can accommodate up to 4 people, with 3 bedrooms, one of them with a queen size bed and the other two with twin beds. With large outdoor spaces where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful views and two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, living room with incredible sea views and Wifi Internet. Strategically located to get to know both the north of the island and the metropolitan area.

Great time in Santa Ursula.
We had a great time in Santa Ursula. The house is as described and shown on the pictures, but has little disadvantages, which might not be a big deal for everyone: - The garage is closed with a remote system - which is in general great, but apart from the remote system you can’t close the house properly. Means: if someone wants to come in, he/she just has to overcome the remote system, which is properly quite easy - you can’t lock the door which is in between the house/laundry area and the garage + the alarm system can’t be used by guests - The terrace unfortunately offers sunlight for only approx. 1h per day (at least in November) The house and the kitchen are well equipped (apart from good knives and pans) and it offers a lot of space to relax - you can even find yoga equipment :)

Für einen Kurzurlaub okay.
Das Haus in Santa Ursula war insgesamt ein schönes Haus. Leider waren wir von der Umgebung sehr enttäuscht, das Haus ist sehr abgelegen und drum herum sind halbfertige Häuser und ein großer Schlammiger Platz gewesen. Es war leider sehr kalt als wir dort waren und außer zwei Heizlüftern hatten wir nicht viel Möglichkeiten um uns Warm zu halten. Eine Klimaanlage oder Heizung gibt es nicht. Zudem konnte man wenn man die Heizlüfter benutzen wollte, nicht mehr Kochen oder Wäsche waschen, da ständig die Sicherungen vom Haus raus geflogen sind. Das Stromnetz allgemein war sehr instabil. Das Wlan war okay, ging aber leider nur im Wohnzimmer richtig gut. Die Bäder waren zwar sauber, aber die Armaturen waren sehr verkalkt und hatten Wasserflecken. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und hatte genügend Geschirr und Töpfe um ordentlich kochen zu können. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft zum schlafen und Essen in Ordnung aber wenn man wirklich richtigen Erholungsurlaub im Haus machen möchte, oder eine tolle Umgebung haben möchte, sollte man sich nochmal umschauen.

Eine traumhafte Wohnung mit allem, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Moderne, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr schöne Lage am Hang mit Blick auf’s Meer, ein Supermarkt in der Nähe und nur 15 Autominuten von Puerto de la Cruz entfernt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Santa Ursula.

Preciosa casa en Santa Úrsula con vistas al mar
Si esta zona ya es bonita de por si, imagínate pasar unos días allí en una casa tan espectacular como esta. Vinimos encantados de allí, tiene unas terrazas impresionantes, con unas vistas al mar, unos sofás de exterior y unas hamacas que no querrás salir de allí. Tomar el sol, almorzar allí, pasear por el terreno... no tiene precio! Lo tiene todo, amplia, para toda la familia, muy bien decorada y buenas conexiones, es verdaderamente espectacular!
