"The whole experience was amazing The staff especially Antonella and Virginia were welcoming and attentive Virginia showed us up to our room and we even had a nice surprise in the room The breakfast everyday was excellent , the staff gave us an excellent table facing the sea everyday and were always on hand to help if needed Everyone here is very attentive and courteous and made our whole holiday enjoyable I would recommend this hotel very highly The location is great we could walk into Taormina and reach the centre in 10 minutes "

"Our stay was spectacular. The hotel is very nicely situated with great access to the cable car to Taormina Centro while being right on the sea. But what was really fantastic were the staff/service. They were exceptional. Best staff I have ever encountered. They made our visit extra special. "

The biting bugs seem to come from the sofas rather than the beds and using local soap etc appears to help. Maybe keep Claudio on a leash 🙄藍. "What a jewel of a hotel, with a view of Taormina and the sea that is unmatched. The people who work there know they work in a special place and it shows with their pride. If you must have 5-star glitzy facilities, it is probably not for you but if you are looking for a small European-style hotel, it’s the best. "

"Staff was friendly - upgraded to corner balcony room upon arrival without even asking - excellent service- and could literally see Aetna from the outer deck and from the bed out the window. Parking was not a concern as there is parking out front and valet, both for a fee. Location provides view also from lovely rooftop bar and restaurant and is located next to a popular and famous local pizzeria/ restaurant. Easy walk to main area via « secret «  garden walkway."

"We stayed in the annex apartment which was perfect for our needs. The hotel and grounds were beautiful, the location was perfect, and the staff and service impeccable (especially Sergio at the bar!)."

"Really enjoyed staying here. Staff were really friendly when we checked in. Buffet breakfast in the morning was really nice. Left our luggage there on the last day so we could explore. Room was a good size, nice balcony, kept really clean and had a nice shower. "

Once you park at Lumbi (fee for parking) and take free bus to Taormina, walk through the stone arch (Porta Messina) onto the main street and continue until you see Hotel Victoria (green sign, yellow printing) on your right.
