Extremely luxurious villa with everything you need. The pool is amazing - it's huge and has a wonderful view out to the Maddalena islands. You need a car to get anywhere but it's an easy drive to some stunning beaches around Santa Teresa. We had a great time.

Quiet relaxation with stunning views
A hilltop location with wonderful views of the Maddalena archipelago and cooling breezes. The quiet neighbourhood of a gated ‘village’ offered peace and privacy to enjoy the well equipped villa and beautiful pool. The property manager was very helpful. Plenty of great beaches in easy reach.

Our best holiday yet
From the moment we booked our holiday in Sardinia at this property, communication was first class. Dirk responded to all messages very quickly. We should therefore not have been surprised to find Marco, the property manager, equally kind, welcoming and efficient at meeting us on arrival and answering a couple of queries we had during our stay. We’d also like to say a huge thanks to both Dirk and Marco for helping us enjoy the best, most relaxed check out we have ever experienced on a holiday. As for our time away itself, it was hard to find fault. It’s true the bathrooms could be improved and I do feel some of the beds and linen would benefit from an upgrade, but this did not affect our happy stay. The location of this property - positioned in a fabulous group of homes with electronic gated access - is second to none with stunning views. We could not take our eyes off the sea and boats in the distance. Information about where to visit was excellent and we adored exploring the fabulous local beaches every day as well as the huge pool back at the property. The living space inside the house is very good with all sorts of things you need in place including little things like shopping bags. The terrace was so peaceful. I got up every morning at 7am just to sit and enjoy the quiet and occasional chatter between the neighbours who were otherwise extremely quiet. Wifi was reliable. Santa Teresa, the nearby town, bustles at night, with a wonderful atmosphere. Restaurants there are excellent and everyone welcomed us so warmly. We are very sad to come home. If you are thinking of a holiday in Sardinia, this one we now know is going to be very very hard to beat! Book, and you won’t regret it. Thank you again for having us Dirk.

Fantastic views and outside space and close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Close to airport. Very helpful local manager who cleaned pool again following a night of high winds. One week was not enough....

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt
Wir haben als Familie zu dritt eine Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat prima geklappt sowie die Schlüsselübergabe mit Marco, dem Hausverwalter. Das Haus ist zwar schon älter von der Ausstattung her, war für uns jedoch ok und authentisch. Eines der Bäder wurde saniert und sieht sehr ansprechend aus. Alles Nötige wie Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Bügeleisen und Föhn sind vorhanden. Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig. Auf einer luftiger Anhöhe, in einer kleinen privaten Siedlung, hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die Meeresküste. Der Pool liegt im großen Garten etwas versetzt vom Haus und ist sehr komfortabel mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet. Auch von hier aus: ein wundervoller Ausblick. Wir haben auch sehr gerne den Grill und den Outdoorbereich mit dem großen Esstisch genutzt. In diesem Haus kommt man zur Ruhe und kann die Seele baumeln lassen. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

Spectaculair view, big spacious garden and big private swimmingpool
We were here for a week and absolutely loved the views! The garden is huge and gives you a lot of privacy. The swimming pool is also really big. The pool is not heated, so when we were here in May, it was quite cold but for our kids no problem. Marco, the property manager, is super helpful and speaks 5 languages. We will definitely come back again

Das Urlaubshaus mit grandioser Aussicht.
Ein tolles Urlaubsdomizil, die Ruhe und die Aussicht sind wunderbar. Sehr schöne Strände mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Betreuung durch den Hausverwalter Marco vor Ort lief bestens und völlig unkompliziert.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage
Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen zu dritt in dem Haus und es war sehr schön. Die Aussicht war megatoll, der Pool hat auch die perfekte Größe. Ansonsten ist das Haus gut ausgestattet, lediglich die Bäder könnten mal überholt werden (war uns aber von Vornherein aufgrund der Bilder klar, somit erlebten wir keine Überraschung…)

Wunderbar entspannter Urlaub
Das Objekt verspricht nicht zuviel. Im Gegenteil. Der atemberaubende Blick über die sardische Küstenlandschaft ist sowohl vom Haus, als auch vom Pool zu geniesen und ist unbenommen das absolute Highlight. Entgegen unserer sonstigen Gewohnheiten, eigentlich mehr die Umgebung zu erkunden, haben wir hier tatsächlich mehr Tage am Pool verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief überaus schnell und angenehm. Wir wurden mit allen nötigen und darüber hinaus mit vielen zusätzlichen Informationen versorgt. Vor Ort stand uns der Hausverwalter Marco jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben uns insgesamt ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Entspannung pur!
Ein schönes, gemütliches Haus auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück mit einer atemberaubenden Fernsicht..., wenn man möchte, kann man sie sogar aus dem großzügigen Pool geniessen!! „Drumherum“ lief alles sehr freundlich und unkompliziert ab. Vielen Dank!
