"Everything was good from ease of check in - to locating the room - and dining in the restaurant - good selection on the menu and everything was delicious."

Unfortunately it was raining all day so we couldn't walk the gardens or the pool but they looked amazing. Bed was comfortable (althought no duvet, just a sheet and thin blanket over the top... must be an italian thing). Good location near the train station. Air con worked reasonably well to cool the room from 30C to 21C. Although the controls were a bit confusing (said it was heating when it was cooling). The only issues were that the walls were quite thin, so when the woman next door was on...

"Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"
