It is impossible to sleep with the noise coming from the trucks and cars driving down the street and the crowds that chat all night at the hotel lobby.

They need to improve customer service, offer all the services described on Expedia, and they must offer a solution in case something is not working or available. It was two bad nights, I received a compensation for bad service, but it was not what I expected for the price we paid, there are more options in the same area.
