It was always a dream to own a beach home and in the spring of 2013, my father and I drove 2200 miles of the Florida coast until will found 30A. We loved the area instantly and so did the rest of the family. Scenic 30A is a unique and truly amazing place. We know you will feel the same way and our beach home is in the middle of it all.

Little slice of heaven

This vacation rental was just wonderful. The bungalow was fully furnished and clean. Having an equipped laundry makes you realize that you could have brought 1/2 the clothes you so diligently packed. Great place to just relax and take in the serenity of the beach life.

Seagrove Beach Getaway

The location on 30A and proximty to the beach was perfect!! I love this beach community, as it wasn't to large, it was quiet, and had a wonderful pool area. The bungalow itself was nice and was enough space for the 5 of us and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay there again for sure!

The perfect location!

The photos of this property do not do it justice. It is so adorable! The bungalow was perfect for me and my teen and pre-teen. Super close to walk to the beach and convenience store. We would definitely stay here again!
