Escape to our bungalow at Seagrove Beach for an unforgettable getaway! ‘La Mer’ is a perfectly tucked away cottage which offers a resort style pool and hot tub just steps away from your front door. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool or your private view of the peaceful lake out back.

Our bungalow is also a short walk to the beach and is centrally located in between Seaside, just 2 miles to the west and Alys Beach, 4 miles to the east. The Watercolor Crossings Publix is also conveniently located 2 miles up the road.

Your choice of fine restaurants or the laid back air streams at Seaside are just a bike ride away. The highly rated Cafe 30A is also located within one block.

We have enjoyed two stays at the Bungalows on 30A on the Florida Panhandle. The size, location, and quiet atmosphere are perfect for us. This unit had everything we needed for a week's stay. The poolside location within the Bungalows community was a plus!

Family Beach getaway
We had a lovely time at this bungalow that had everything we needed to make our vacation special. Close enough to walk back from the stunning white sand beach for lunch! The pool was excellent! Overall we had a wonderful time :)

Making it a yearly visit
Such a fun time in Seaside, and our place was exactly what we expected it to be. Great access to everything in all the nearby towns! We rented a golf cart and got around perfectly! This cute little place had comfy beds, and plenty of kitchen gadgets!

Great Family Vacation Destination
We love Seagrove and this bungalow was the perfect place to stay. The owner is friendly and quick to respond. The house was decorated nicely and had all the amenities needed for a beach vacation. The pool is a great and your only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We would easily stay here again.

Wonderful Place!
LaMer is perfectly located next to the pool so our kids could swim while we were in and out making food, relaxing, etc. The bungalow is very clean and comfortable and fit our family of four perfectly. A quick walk to the beach and nicely located between seaside and Rosemary. The locals were very friendly and helpful. We plan to stay again!

Nice place pool access is perfect for little ones
Nice place. A couple minor things need to be address with it but over all we have a great time. The pool location was perfect for our little one. The overall location was really nice as it was easy to get into Seaside or the Hub. We would stay here again for sure.

Perfect Little Beach Getaway
The location of this bungalow was PERFECT for our family with 2 younger kids - right off the pool and a quick, direct walk to the white-sanded beach. Parking was easy, the area was filled with other families and kind people, and overall really quiet to get some rest. The location was close to Seaside and Rosemary, but far enough to escape the crowded chaos. We highly recommend this bungalow!

We had a great time at the Bungalow! The Bungalow itself was quiet and peaceful and very roomy. Although we couldn't see the beach from the property, it was merely a short walk and we were there. It's also very close to the Donut Hut, which is a very good thing!!

The house is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Loved the extra perks of grill, bikes and beach equipment (especially the beach wagon). Great access to pool, literally out our front door. Pool is good size and hot tub is comfortable. Beach access is convenient.

Beautiful Bungalo near 30A
Perfect size for myself, husband and teen boys. Beautifully appointed just like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and the pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. We hope to return next summer.

Perfect Getaway Spot
Our stay at the Bungalow was wonderful. The location is great for a family vacation. Our kids loved the front door access to the pool and the easy walk to the beach. The fact that the property had a wagon, chairs, and bikes made it easy for us to pack light but still have every we needed. Amanda was a fantastic host and checked on us throughout our stay and was quick to answer questions that arose. I highly recommend this property, you won’t be disappointed.

The Bungalow was a great escape!
Our family loved our time away at the Bungalows. We enjoyed having the pool steps away from the front door. We spent our days riding bikes to Seaside for donuts, dinner and ice cream! It was a short walk or bike ride to the beach for amazing sunrises and sunsets. We hope to be back soon and I've already told multiple friends about this great find.

A Beautiful Bungalow!
What a pleasure it was for me and my family to stay in this darling home! It was incredibly clean, incredibly cozy and absolutely lovely. The short walk to public beach access was perfect and having the pool and hot tub right outside our front door was such a plus! I can’t say enough good things. Centrally located and fabulous all around. .We’re already planning to return next year!!

Great family holiday spot!
Great place to stay with family. Pool right at the doorstep. Beach extremely close - we would leave beach stuff at the beach and come back for lunch before going back to the beach, ideal for us with two young kids. Seaside is a short enjoyable cycle in. Will be coming back to 30A and will be staying here again!…. I should also mention that the property comes with trailer and beach chairs, means you can travel a their a bit lighter.

Spring Break
We stayed at this home for our spring break trip with our two young kids. It was perfect! So clean and had all the supplies we could’ve asked for. The location is amazing and an easy walk to the beach, close to the grocery store and restaurants, and the pool is literally steps out the door. Amanda was so incredibly helpful and responded quickly to any questions. We loved it and hope to be back next year!

Perfect beach oasis
My family of 5 (3 kids) thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for a week here. Can’t beat the 5 min walk to gorgeous beach (we also rented a golf cart, condo has plenty of parking and a charger). We ate lunch at condo then swam in the spacious pool in the afternoon. It was definitely a routine I could get used to! Biking or golf cart distance to Seaside. We will definitely be back.

Great Cottage Rental on 30A
My wife and I had a wonderful three weeks at this cottage. It was very clean and had all the space and features we needed for an exceptional winter getaway. The beach was a short walk and the pool and hot tub were right outside our front door. We used the pool and hot tub regularly during our visit. Amanda was always available to answer any questions. It was our first visit to the 30A area and we enjoyed it immensely. We will be seriously considering renting here again for next winter.

Best beach bungalow ever!
We loved making memories at this cute blue beach bungalow! It was so nice to have the pool right outside of our front door. It was never too crowded. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. If you don't mind driving a few minutes, Grayton Beach State Park is so beautiful and natural! This bungalow had everything we needed and was such a good fit for our family. The little neighborhood is so cute and tropical. My kids and I really loved being here. The location is super convenient to everything as well. Amanda is great and will take good care of you. Highly recommend!

Spring Break
Very nice for three people. Somewhat difficult to get onto 30a and through Seaside area, however that is not the properties fault with all the foot, bike and golf cart traffic during Spring Break period. Only suggestion would be to secure the beds in non master bedroom to the headboards and add a piece of furniture between the beds to place phones, keys , tablets etc.

Paradise away from home...
The bungalow was more than what we expected. Amanda sure took care of us. We loved it. Not a far walk to beach and to eating places and even ice cream to finish the night with. The bungalow came with 2 bikes that we had no idea when renting, so it was nice we only had to rent 2 additional bikes for the family. We rode our bikes all week. What a great family trip!!! Perfect for the price
We got exactly what we expected.....nice clean house with a great pool, literally steps from our door. We found it a bit awkward that the only entrance to the house was through the pool area, so bringing your luggage and groceries past all the people in the pool felt a bit strange. The walk to the beach was not too far and there were beach chairs and a wagon available to use, which was a big bonus. If you have more money to spend and want to be closer to the beach, there are probably other options, but this house is exactly as promised. Cute, clean and priced accordingly.

Beautiful Bungalow
We loved staying at this beautiful Bungalow. It was very clean with beautiful decor. Amanda was great and answered all my questions prior to arrival. I enjoyed morning cups of coffee sitting on the balcony, overlooking the pool. My kids absolutely loved the pool which was also very well maintained. Pool closes at 10pm and the other units were very respectful of the time. The beach was a short five minute walk. My family rented bikes and loved exploring 30A and riding our bikes to dinner. Our favorite place was Old Flordia Fish House which Amanda highly recommended. Overall, we had an amazing time and will definitely be back and request to stay in this beautiful bungalow.

Exactly as Described
Amanda's bungalow was exactly as described. Very nice and clean. Right next to the pool which was great. Amanda's communication and helpfulness was great as well. She informed us we had access to the bungalow at noon on the day of our arrival. I've never had early check in anywhere we have gone let alone 4 hours early. She also brought over a hand mixer within minutes after we discovered the mixer was missing. All in all a great place to stay and a great person to deal with.
