Welcome to Studio Sea. A freshly remodeled studio located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Seagrove is a mile from Seaside. You can walk/bike to all the cute restaurants, shops and activities along 30A. The studio sleeps up to 4. One queen Murphy bed. There is also a full size pull out sofa with new 4” memory foam mattress. There is a full kitchen with all the necessities you’ll need for cooking/grilling. The patio opens to the beautiful courtyard area where the pool is located. There is a covered patio for picnics and a laundry room. LAUNDRY TAKES QUARTERS ONLY.

Nice Place to Stay
Unit was very nice. Had what you would need for a short stay. Directly across the street from beach access. Amenities on property were very accommodating. Had a personal issue with unit, but the owner was very responsive and corrected it immediately to my satisfaction. As stated in previous reviews, it is a 1st floor unit, so 2nd floor unit could possibly be very noisy at times depending on occupants. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful little Villa in a perfect location
3 of us stayed in the villa for the weekend as we were taking part in the Seaside Half Marathon. It was in the perfect location - restaurants and stores close by, and we walked into Seaside in less than 30 minutes. The Villa was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. We loved every minute of our stay!

Awesome location!
My husband and I came for a trip at the end of September and it was wonderful. The location is right across from beach access, has a sweet health foods/juice shop next door and all the great restaurant and shops right down the road. The condo was cozy and comfortable with a good amount of space. Loved the Murphy bed and updated bathroom! Would definitely stay again!

We loved how close the place is to the beach and the surrounding area - only about an 8min bike ride to downtown seaside and a 20min bike ride to Alys and Rosemary beach. It was very clean and well decorated. The hosts were very kind, communicative and easy to reach.

This condo was hands down AMAZING! I encountered a booking issue through the Vrbo app and the owners were so quick and responsive to help me adjust our vacation plans. SO kind and easy to work with ... also the condo itself.. literally perfect!! SO CLOSE to the beach, its in a nice area and a central location to everything!! My husband and I enjoyed every minute and didn't want to leave .... we WILL be coming back here!! :)

We had a nice time in Seagrove and loved your condo. The beach access was closer than I was expecting and the bike rental place you recommended had 2 ready for us almost literally right outside the front door. Great, clean space with a nice pool in the inner courtyard!

The location was excellent. Easy walk to the beach (which is beautiful ) and quick bike ride to Seaside. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. The pool and property were well maintained. We loved our trip and are not picky travelers, but for those that are picky about their accommodations, I will say: You do hear a lot of noise from the 2nd floor on the 1st floor but it did not ruin our stay. Also, the pull out bed is less than ideal. My daughter chose to sleep on the couch over the mattress, so 2 people should not expect to enjoy the pullout bed mattress. The Murphy bed was comfortable.

Beautifully furnished condo in an AMAZING location
Such a beautiful, newly renovated condo in an amazing location. Easy walk to the beach! Furnished with all the necessities you would need for your stay. Owners were super friendly and recommended some great dining options. Will definitely be coming back to stay in this unit.
