Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on one of two balconies. Relax in this beautifully decorated 1,450 sq feet sprawling 3-story condo. The open, bright 1st level features a kitchen, dining area, 70' smart TV and comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs and the separate laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, for your convenience. Upstairs features the master suite with a king size bed, a 50' TV, a private balcony. Double bathroom vanity and spa shower. The guest bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably with queen and a twin bunk bed. 50" TV. 1 car garage and driveway. Plenty of parking and storage. Parking passes and beach passes are required.
Relax and enjoy the beauty of the Emerald Coast just steps away. Enjoy SUP, swimming, kayaking, fishing, and more. Walk, bike or drive to shopping, and restaurants in both directions. Always seasonal festivities in Seaside or nearby Destin, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Watersound, Inlet Beach, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Great Vacation
The condo was very nice and in a great location. We enjoyed the private beach access and the pool. The additional fees were quite excessive, but all in all it was a great vacation.

Family vacation
We had the best week staying here! Location is perfect, and the beach access is so nice. Security was polite and made sure to round frequently. I had questions about the HOA rules, and the owners were prompt and so helpful when responding. Great communication!

Birthday Beach Trip
We chose this property because we love that location. The unit was clean and having access to a garage was a big bonus. The management was responsive when we didn't have hot water upon our arrival. Only negatives were the internet was in and out and there was construction on the unit next door and on the beach access walkway during our stay.

Great little gem
This rental had everything needed for a week at the beach. It was spacious, comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend and would stay again when back on this side of Santa Rosa. We especially liked having beach service at this private community.

Lovely townhome, nicely updated and super clean throughout. Owner is very responsive and eager to please! Beach is very quiet and private, which was a welcome pace and change from the busier beaches along 30A. We will come back!

Wonderful Property!
This is our 2nd year staying at this property and we have had great experiences both times. The location is wonderful and the complex is well maintained. Easy access to the beach and close to numerous wonderful restaurants. Any issues we encountered were handled promptly by the owners who were fantastic about communicating with us. Highly recommend!

Condo was in a great location with private beach access. The kids loved going from the beach to the pool back to the beach. There was a shower conveniently located at the beach which allowed us to get the sand off before heading to the pool. Property owner was very responsive. Condo was clean and contained everything we needed.

Wonderful family getaway
We had such an amazing experience staying at this property. The inside of the Property has been very well thought of with the decor and overall furniture layout. It is very spacious! The pool is very clean, and was fun for the children as an alternative to the beach. The beach was such a short and easy walk for my family, including a 4 and 5 year old! We would love to return in the future!

Our family enjoyed a weekend at this beautiful condo located next to the beach. It was very clean and comfortable, bright and airy. The floor plan was perfect for a family or group, large areas to relax, 2 balconies, plenty of room. Susan was wonderful! She was very responsive, informative and inviting. Excellent family of four destination. Condo amenities were as advertised and all worked! Full size washer & dryer was great. Ocean view from balcony and 2 min walk to beach from door. Overlooking pool with good living space layout. Rooms were good with 2-3 kids sharing a room easily. Garage was a nice perk to keep car cool and also had lots of beach toys for kids. Close drive to many good restaurants but far enough outside of Seaside chaos. Host communicated well and explained access clearly. Beach for condominium is private and actively monitored by security to reserve the beach from public access and overcrowding, very nice! Only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom. Was uncomfortable and needs to be upgraded soon. Highly recommended!

The condo is perfect for us. Spacious living area and while the kitchen is a little small, it’s fine. 3 bathrooms are very helpful. An ice maker would be nice but we made do with the trays. The property is close to convenience store, fish market, and multiple restaurants.

Great communication
The host was an excellent communicator. She went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The beach access was so convenient for our family with very small children. There were even baby gates for the stairs which gave me peace of mind at night. If I had to give a critique, the master bed was the least comfy of all the beds. It sags in the middle.

Location and beach were perfect! Complex was quiet and clean. Would be nice to have a disposal in the kitchen. Knives need to be sharpened or replaced. Cooked in, more than ate out, so that was a hassle. Also, disappointed that we could not enjoy the HUGE jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom.

Great Condo and Excellent Location
We just spent a week at this property and it was a fantastic trip. The location is hard to beat. The walk from the condo to the beach might be a couple hundred feet. The section of beach the condo is on is absolutely amazing. Its limited to people staying at Emerald Hill and the complex had a really nice security guard out there everyday to keep people from spilling over from the neighboring complexes. Just looking up and down the beach from us, it looked like we had one of the least crowded sections I could see. This was the first condo we have stayed at in Florida that had a proper garage and it was really nice to be able to dump off all of our beach stuff there at the end of the day. The condo was well furnished and was a nice place to relax at the end of the day.

Can't beat location
We loved our stay here and didn't want to leave. The pictures accurately portrayed the space. It was comfortable, clean and the location could not be beat. We loved biking into Seaside as well as biking for coffee and donuts. Super quick walk to the beach and can even walk to restaurants. It was super quiet which is very important to us as we are light sleepers. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. It was a big bonus to have a garage for our car, bikes & beach equipment. Sometimes the internet was a little slow for watching TV, but it's the beach and we were there to be outside. The space worked really well for us and our two young kids and we can't wait to come back one day.
