Beautifully decorated carriage home located in the heart of Watercolor on Watercolor Blvd. East! Carriage house has a pull down very comfortable king bed as well as 1 twin mattress in the loft that over-looks the living area. This carriage home is one large open room and can comfortably sleep 4 people.

Fully functional kitchen comes complete, with refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and microwave. Several other features include a big screen plasma TV, stereo and a pool table. You can enjoy all the perks of Watercolor during your stay including access to the community pool, shops, restaurants and the beach club.

Wifi Internet Access included. We furnish your Watercolor pool access cards are included.(Amenity Cards)


Carriage house is attached to a home. Available during off season when the whole house is not rented. Perfect retreat for a long weekend or an affordable week at the beach in luxury.

Plenty of sleeping for 2 adults and 2 children or teens. Pool table is great for occasional rainy day or hanging out in the evening. Kitchen is large and has anything you need. Bathroom also a great size with tons of storage. LOCATION cannot be beat!! Walk or bike to gulf front pool, gym, restaurants, or seaside. Kids love all the biking trials! Also, a Publix close by for groceries etc. Cole and his staff are excellent to work with, you will not be disappointed!

Have to say annoyed this place has only 2 forks, 1 spoon a built in microwave that doesn’t work and supposed to sleep 4 so why does it not have enough plates and utensils??? Especially for the money we paid doesn’t make sense those items are not expensive to supply. We grilled steaks on the gas indoor grill and had run up the ladder to loft and stay and fan fire alarm to keep it from going off. Why have indoor grill if it’s not ventilated properly??? Lack of personal touch and care but if you just need a place to sleep and eat out for your meals then this might be ok.

Wonderful Carriage House
The Carriage House was such a perfect space. High ceiling make it feel so roomy. The brightness, windows and light make it feel very airy. Furniture surprisingly comfortable, great water pressure, location was ideal. Wished our college aged kids could’ve come & enjoyed the loft of 2 twin beds. Few things to consider: maybe bring a couple extra rolls of paper goods pt/tp & paper plates if you don’t want to worry with dishes, the house has only one spoon, bring detergent to run a load or two unit worked good. The microwave wasn’t working but property manager called maintenance came & very friendly. Couldn’t fix it so Jenny the manager quickly sent over a new counter microwave for our stay. Very communicative & polite. November weather is Heaven w/ cool in AM, warm/hot around lunch, sand was perfect, water was very tolerable to get in, layers at night, very cool at dinner. Bring bugs spray if biting flies and honeybees are still there. Enjoyed the time there so much & for sure will return! Very happy! Blessings from TX

The pool table was a plus as well! The king bed was also very comfy. We biked everywhere and all the pools were close enough to bike or walk to. We can’t wait to go back!

Last-minute trip since school is postponed
We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Carriage House! The loft had 2 twin beds that were perfect for our 2 daughters, and we loved the pool table! The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom nice and clean. We loved how close to town center the place is! We highly recommend this place to a small group.

Great location and access to pools!
We could walk anywhere in Watercolor and it's a short walk to Seaside as well. It comes with passes to the Watercolor Beach Club and to Camp Watercolor. The place itself is so clean and the perfect size for 4 people. It also comes with 2 bikes. The listing is a little off.....the king size bed is NOT a murphy bed, but it is King sized and there are 2 twin beds in the loft, not just one. For 2 adults and 2 kids, it was perfect.

GREAT PLACE
This is such a nice cute place! Great for just a few people. Watercolor is great anytime of year. All the emenities were nice and new! Great use of space! We really enjoyed our stay! There were three of us and we all slept on the pull down king matress, even though there were two twin matress available in the loft, it was soo comfy!

Great Location!!!
Walking distance to ocean, seaside, watercolor pool, watercolor eateries and shops. Couldn't pick a better location. Loft too high for small children, like under 7 or 8 if they get up and down in the night, but can accommodate two older children easily. Murphy bed was extremely comfortable. We took our son with us and it worked out great. It's really all the room you need for a few people. Really couldn't beat the location or the price. The bathroom is beautiful tile. This picture doesn't do it justice! Owners were very nice and helpful and allowed us to decide last minute since it was available. Wish we could have stayed longer! It saved us money having two bikes included. If you've rented in seaside or watercolor, you know it adds up quick. Rather spend that on fish tacos :) Suggestion: Ask the owner how to turn off the ice maker at night. We kept forgetting!
