Walk to the beach, Seaside, dining, and shopping! This cottage is located in Old Seagrove and close to 30A. There is plenty of parking and this vacation rental has an RV Hook-up (30-amp) and boat parking! Seagrove Sanctuary has proven to be a guest favorite and will provide complete relaxation on two oversized porches to start your day enjoying a morning coffee or day-end cocktails and conversations. There are two swings to enjoy nature’s symphony from the secluded, screened-in comfort of the wrap-around porch.

The outside of this conveniently located home off 30A will remind you of Old Florida in its architecture, but the updates inside are the perfect touch! This beauty sleeps six, with two queen bedrooms, complete with TVs and a sleeper sofa in the main area. Guests will find the parking and camper hook-up, with 30 AMPs, a great plus and only steps away from the main house. If you stay around the house during the day, a deck runs the width of the house and is the perfect place for sun-worshipers.

Inside, you will be delighted with the high ceilings of the great room and all the carefully detailed wood accoutrements. This design allows everyone to come together as the meal is prepared, so no one will miss the chatter of the day’s events. Stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space make it a perfect gathering place. The dining area has a large table, right off the living room that features two comfy sofas and a mounted flat-screen TV.

Beach access is also an advantage while staying at Seagrove Sanctuary. This home offers four beach chairs and a beach umbrella to enjoy while spending the day at the beach. Then, an outdoor shower refreshes you before you head inside. The detached laundry room and beach amenity storage are steps away from the main house.

This South Walton home off 30A is conveniently located near Publix, Seaside, and a UPS store for mailing cards that say “Wish you were here!” There’s also a nail salon, liquor store, and great shopping abounds at the Seaside Center, and countless unique boutiques. When eating out, your choices range from fast food to elegant dining establishments, and the seafood offerings are truly extraordinary. You’ll be delighted with the “catch of the day” choices, or better yet, go fishing and see all the Gulf “dishes up.” For your touring pleasure, you can also take advantage of golf carts or bicycle rentals to fully enjoy all this area has to offer.

The house was very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location to walk or ride bikes to the beach or into Seaside. It was the perfect house for our girls trip with adults and teenagers. We would definitely stay here again!

Quick walks, no frills!
This was perfect for our little family; no frills, and a great short walk down Dogwood to get to the public beach access. The outdoor shower was awesome and the porch sitting was perfection.

Great little getaway near SRB
This was a very cute little getaway house perfect for a couple of friends with an amazing enclosed porch with swings that you could sit on and listen to the birds in the morning and have your coffee. Very peaceful area, close to Seaside, about a half mile away but far enough from the hustle and bustle of any crowd. Highly recommend.

Great cabin for 30a getaway
The property was clean comfortable, and well-appointed, accurate to photo listing. I was surprised there was no salt/pepper onsite, but they had nearly anything else one could want at this property! Great location, close enough to walk to the beach, and a golf cart ride away from most everything else. The one issue we had during our stay was quickly responded to and resolved by the property manager. We’d love to stay here again and make this trip a family tradition!

Truly a Seagrove Sanctuary!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable cabin. The house is a short walk to the beach and Seaside activities. The space is exceptionally clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The host was very responsive and so easy to work with. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens.I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. I'll definitely stay there again! Amy and Walt H

A Sanctuary Indeed!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A perfect property for our needs/preferences for this trip! A cozy, comfortable cabin in an ideal location with plenty of room to relax on the comfy furniture and amazing porch! Easy access via bike to explore the beautiful beach as well restaurants, shops, and trails in Seagrove, Seaside, and Watercolor. We made good use of the beach chairs provided as well as the kitchen for easy breakfasts and lunches before enjoying the great restaurants in the area. It was our first time renting with FunVacay - great communication and friendly, professional customer service! We look forward to hopefully returning to Seagrove Sanctuary again.

A small group best with having one bathroom & small kitchen. Comfortable beds & full sofa sleeper. Having beach amenities was great + onsight full sized laundry convenient. Internet was spotty and no tv access (you can log into your existing apps only). So definitely a motivation to be on vacation, but be prepared if you need strong wifi for work, etc. Property managers responsive with any issues.

Close to beach
Beach House FYI Some things that need attention at the property. Floor door lock to the porch has a screw missing needs some repairs Similar problem with the screen door on the porch with the lock for the door on the floor plus screen door does not close properly Floor in the bathroom and rug by shower was wet when we arrived not sure why. Lots of sand on the floors in all rooms. A vacuum cleaner would be nice. We always take our shoes off when entering. Couple of spiders found in the kitchen. Floors were not clean. We spent quite a bit of time sweeping Outdoor deck light near bedroom does not come on with the switch in the bedroom Windows are very dirty A cleaning of the porch floors would be recommended. Would be nice if there was an extension code for the lights on the porch. Again general cleanliness of the porch. Lights were dirty. The door to the bathroom it difficult to open and close. It needs some love. The door to the outside shower has a similar problem with the latch and lock. Most of the rugs if not all are dirty and need cleaning. Furnace return air vents in hallway are dirty Floor vents for ac/heat are also dirty We enjoyed our stay but cleanliness was an issue. Thanks
