Once in your room, peek behind the blackout shades on your window to view the immaculately manicured lawn and gardens outside your door that open to The Lawn.

Your beautifully outfitted room comes with a queen-sized bed and all the modern conveniences that you are looking for. Your bed is fitted with Peacock Alley luxury linens, while furnishings from Serena & Lily fill the room. There is a built-in desk so that you can check email or work on the road. Also, there's a coffee station with a Nespresso maker and everything you need for a great cup of morning coffee. An under-the-counter refrigerator keeps your drinks cold.

The large private bathroom offers a large vanity and a marble-tiled shower. The shower features a rainfall showerhead and wand. Slip into a complimentary robe after your shower. When you’re ready to head to the beach, grab one of The Court’s beach towels so that you can comfortably relax in the sun. The Ruskin Street Pavilion access is right across the street, and the famous Coleman Pavilion is just a block away.
Steps away from your room is the vibrant downtown Seaside area with restaurants and shops, and the Amphitheater forming the heart - all of which is practically next door to your hidden oasis.

* The Court is a 2-night minimum year round and 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court's yearly calendar is only open to book up to one year in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration. No occupants under 25 years of age are allowed.
