Located at the intersection of Scenic 393 and Scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, just across the street from Gulf Place rentals, shopping, and dining. Ed Walline Regional Access is unique among SoWal accesses with a two-story viewing platform overlooking the beach and gulf - this is a great place to spot surfers and dolphins!

This two-story home features a covered patio and open porch for outdoor enjoyment. Inside, the main floor boasts a modern kitchen, cozy fireplace, and a welcoming living area. The primary suite, conveniently located on this level, offers a serene retreat. Upstairs, you’ll discover a second master bedroom and two additional bedrooms, providing ample space for family and guests. For visitors, a separate carriage house adds an extra layer of convenience and privacy. Blue Mountain Bliss features five bedrooms in total, including two master suites, and five bathrooms (four full and one half). The primary suite includes a double vanity, separate shower, and walk-in closet.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, self-cleaning oven, refrigerator with ice maker, smooth stovetop range, and washer. The living room, also on the first floor, features recessed lighting and crown molding. A spacious basement offers extra storage or living space, while durable and stylish tile flooring extends throughout the home. The interior decor includes a breakfast bar, kitchen island, guest quarters, and a split bedroom design. Fully furnished and ready for you to move in, Blue Mountain Bliss also features a gas fireplace for cozy evenings.

Other details to note:
The door code you are sent for entry will work on two doors with installed Kaba locks. Look for the street-facing door, close to the garage (and carriage house) for entry to the main house. This door is in line with the walking path from the driveway. The 2nd door with a Kaba lock is the carriage house itself. The code provided in your Safe Travels communication should work on both doors.
This unit comes with a 6-seater gas powered golf cart. To use this fantastic beach town amenity, guests will need to fill out the registration form and submit the waiver.
The Village of Blue Mountain Beach has a community pool. Guests need wristbands, which we will provide, to gain access to the pool.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
