WaterColorWineDown is an end unit on the 2nd floor of the mixed use building at the corner of Scenic Hwy 30A and WaterColor Blvd N. The building has elevator and stair access. You won’t find a more perfect location to enjoy the 30A vibe and also be a short walk to the private Beach Club for beach/pool time, lunch, and sunset cocktails.

Park onsite, take the elevator up, and enter your personal code for our front door smart lock. Professional decor includes beadboard accents, soothing white and natural coastal colors, high ceilings, and new driftwood flooring. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living areas. Large overstuffed sofa, oversize chaise, and lots of natural lighting from transom french doors will accommodate quiet reading time as well as enjoyable game watching on the large Smart TV. As desirable as the living area is, the large balcony is just as impressive. Take in the South Walton feel on the balcony overlooking Scenic Hwy 30A from the living area or primary bedroom.

|HOME & AREA RULES|
Please read our detailed home/guest rules regarding WaterColor wristbands/fees; 25+ minimum age; area/home rule regulation compliance; golf carts; noise sensors; required age verification, guest background screening, rental agreement signing, and online check in. Home does have outside camera and inside noise/crowd gathering sensors.
Wristbands are based on the guest provided number in its party; numbers are not changeable. Watercolor Association requires wristbands for all guests 5 and over and will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Note that they are CLOSED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY and WaterColor will charge $50 per wristband to replace any wristbands that are lost.
$1,500 Accidental damage protection included with your booking fees. Trip cancellation is not included but is recommended and available.
Minimum primary guest age 25, must stay on property during stay.
Confirmation of reservation is subject to (i) host background screening, (ii) guest digital signing of rental agreement, (iii) guest completion of online check in and government photo ID upload for age verification, (iv) adherence to all local and WaterColor regulations. Any violation will result in eviction with no refunds.

My wife is huge on cleanliness and she says this is the cleanest condo she has ever stayed in. We have stayed in many condos in the watercolor area and this one was one of her favorites. Easy access to the beach club and the beach and a great view out over the park area. Great place to stay we will be back.

Great getaway
This property has the perfect location right across the street from pools at Watercolor and beach access, plus easy access into Seaside and other pools at Watercolor. The balcony was a perfect place to start each morning and the entire property was extremely clean. We had a few questions prior to check in and the management team was great about getting back to us. They also reached out proactively during our stay to ensure everything was going well.
