Property was exactly as described in the listing. Also we stay on 30a twice a year and of all places we have stayed this one gave us the most feeling of a home not just a rental. We will be back in the future.

This is a fabulous property with a great location! Julie is very responsive and answered our questions with ease! The beds are so comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We loved sitting on the balcony and the on site beach chairs were very helpful.

The condo was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with anything you could need in the kitchen. There were also towels and gear for the beach to use. View from the balcony was beautiful! Julie was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great holiday get away!

Everything you need and so close!
Perfect choice and close to everything! You don’t even need a golf cart to get to the beach. You can just walk. Property is well maintained and not over crowded. Super close to restaurants and shops.

Excellent property!
The condo is only a 3 minute walk from the beach which is perfect for families with small children. The pool attached to this unit is heated, so it makes for a nice wind down swim after a day at the beach. And it’s also only a 2 minute walk to some of the restaurants and shops around Gulf Place. You’re only a short 20-30 minute drive from Seaside or Destin if you’re looking to go a little farther for fun. Great place to stay!

We absolutely loved it here. It was clean, spacious, and homey. Julie was phenomenal to work with and very responsive! I loved the huge balcony. The pool was really nice. The walk to the beach was soooo short. 10/10 recommend!!

Fantastic condo
We enjoyed this condo so much! It was beautifully decorated and equipped and very comfortable. The best thing is the gorgeous view! We would sit and have our coffee and drinks on the patio and loved it! We definitely would love to stay again. Julie was awesome to work with and very responsive.

Wonderful place to stay in Santa Rosa Beach!
Our family had such a great stay at this condo! It was so clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were super comfortable. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect since the weather was a little cool some days. Loved the provided board games, we played every night. So close to lots of shops and restaurants, and right across the street from beach access. We stay in the area frequently and loved this condo. Highly recommend!

First summer vacation with kids
This place was the absolute most perfect place to stay for our very first family vacation as a family of four. The kids loved it and we all found it very homey. The Owner, Julie, is very responsive and she’s great to communicate with. I don’t think we could have found a better place for our first getaway. We will be back again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Gulf Place Caribbean. There are so many plusses to staying here. First the location to shopping, restaurants and the beach are hard to beat. The heated pool is a nice plus in the winter months and is well maintained by the staff. This unit is amazing with great views and very well appointed. With a short walk just across the road to the beach it makes it very convenient to use one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see. For those with small children do not fear crossing 30 A to get to the beach. Traffic will stop for you if you are in a designated cross walk at all times!

Relaxing Week Away
Wonderful as usual! Our family travels to Gulf Place every September for a week stay at the beach during fall break. We are never disappointed! The condo was clean and well furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We love the property and surrounding area. It is quiet and peaceful but also close to restaurants and stores, if needed. Julie was an awesome host! She stayed in contact with us before check in and made sure we had everything we needed for the stay. She was available, but everything ran so smoothly that we didn't need to contact her at all throughout the week. Sad it is already over😕 We definitely recommend and plan to return again next September👍

Perfect!
We enjoyed our stay at Julie's property so much! Everything was absolutely perfect. The location is right across the street from the beach with a heated pool and hot tub nearby below the balcony. Very comfy beds, and bedrooms have dark shades so I slept better there than at home! Our group of 4 women had plenty of room. There are maybe 6 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, and one umbrella which is perfect since we flew there. The beach was quiet and peaceful in mid April with plenty of room and no beach chair companies taking up space. Julie went above and beyond with her communication and helpfulness. Highly recommend. In fact I did recommend to friends who saw my photos and want to go!

Very nice condo across the street from the beach
The condo was very nice. Decor was cute and beachy. We had everything we needed for cooking meals and trips to the beach. It was very nice to have beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas provided. The property is well maintained. It's just a short walk across the street to the beach. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. Julie is very responsive. We had an issue with the door code (our fault) and she was able to help us fix it instantly. The only thing we noticed is that the wifi is very slow. It was a bit of a struggle to stream a show (in the living room) or get online without buffering. We would definitely stay here again!
