excellent house, location and amazing host
We had an amazing stay. The location was very walkable to public beach access. The house was well appointed. The pool and hot tub was amazing. Robin was an amazing host and very responsive (even on Thanksgiving). 10/10 would stay here again.

It was a good stay
We like the location, but when got there there was so bugs inside dead. The renters next door were loud and the walls were so thin between us and them they kept us up at night.

Quick Stay
A friend and I came to for a quick weekend stay in Florida for a wedding. Solsun was a perfect location and exactly what we needed. The host was very accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Beach walk is about 8 minutes from the house down to the beach, and there are a lot of restaurant options around the immediate area if you don’t want to drive to Seaside. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it is located pretty close to neighboring house, so not a lot of privacy there. This property is also connected to the main house where others could potentially be staying. The entrance and parking are all separate, so the only time you might notice would be if you heard the other family in the backyard. We weren’t home much, so it wasn’t an issue for us. We would definitely stay at the property again and recommend to our friends!

Robin's home is absolutely perfect! Such a wonderful bungalow for a weekend getaway with my husband. Every detail was considered and her communication was prompt and effective. Will be coming back!

Cannot say enough great things about this place. The place is super cute, clean, and the location is perfect. It’s close to the public beach access points but off the main street so there’s wonderful privacy and quiet. They provided beach chairs and towels as well as bikes for our use. Walking/biking-distance from tons of restaurants. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!
