A front porch that spans the house and overlooks the pool is the perfect way to start the day with a coffee and paper. The living room is bright with soaring ceilings for a light and airy feeling. After a long day at the beach, unwind in front of the flatscreen TV featuring Direct TV service, Amazon Fire Sticks, Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu; and if you’ve stopped by the local fish store or one of the many local markets in the nearby villages, the kitchen is ready and fully-equipped for your best recipes.

Prefer outdoor dining? There’s pool side patio-grilling where you can dine under the stars, in a hammock or under the covered seating. Cap it all off with a drink on the brand-new backyard deck.

The public beach access is a mere 5-minute walk, jog or cycle away where you can lounge, swim, shore fishing and shelling. You can spend the day at the beach but feel close enough to home and all the cottage creature comforts. Less than three miles away, don’t miss a trip to Deer Lake State Park for picnicking, hiking, beach access and enjoying nature. You will want to take time to visit The HUB, only three miles away, offering many unique local options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. A short 3-5-minute walk from the cottage is a local favorite restaurant, Café Thirty-A, serving amazing fresh seafood and other wonderful dishes where everyone will find something they like.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
