Everything in this unit is new, including all appliances, flooring, cabinetry, tile, bathrooms, TVs, and on and on. Even the balcony railing and sliding glass doors are new! 2 full-sized bathrooms. 2 cozy hallway bunks with reading lights for the kids (bunks are 5" inches shorter than standard length).

You're not going to be stacked 5 deep on this beautiful beach like you find with a lot of popular gulf front communities!

Rent a bike at the shop across the street and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right outside the complex. Visit famous Seaside (1 mile west) and Grayton Beach State Park. Fantastic week
We had a wonderful stay for the week (Friday-Tuesday). The condo was as beautiful as advertised and the view was amazing. We could walk to Seaside for shopping (1.3 miles) and it was close to many great restaurants. The owner left a list of dining suggestions and we went to most of them. We will look to stay here again.

We loved vacationing at this stunning condo. The decor is breathtaking along with the sunset views. The kitchen is incredibly stocked, you will find anything you need plus more. We felt like guests at a person home not a rental unit.

Our stay was wonderful, Rob was fantastic with his responses, and always available. It is a cozy small unit which we liked. I only wished there was an elevator since it’s the 3rd floor. The unit was fully stocked and comfortable beds, magical sunset views.

Seagrove Beach
The unit was beautiful. Nicely decorated, clean. Stocked with toiletries, laundry detergent and dish soap so no need to buy anything additional there. Communication with property owner was great. Only complaints (and not towards the unit itself or the owner) was the location and it’s on the 3rd level which was many stairs to climb in addition to the stairs to get to and from the beach. Location: there isn’t much to do right by the house. There is a small shop and a place to rent bikes and/or golf carts within walking distance and some restaurants but they closed early. Perhaps we were not looking in the right place. Seaside is close but packed so it was congested trying to get in and out of there and not easy to find parking. The view of the beach from the unit is fantastic. We were not fortunate enough to experience a sunset from the balcony as every afternoon/evening of our trip brought clouds. A beach umbrella and chairs along with other fun things to take to use on the beach are also provided so that was much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo with everything you need!
We loved the condo and location! It was so comfortable for my family of 4. The owner was super easy to work with and very responsive. The condo is well equipped with all you need and then some. Literally, every detail has been thought of and the decor is lovely. Small details like liquid hand soap for all sinks as well as throw blankets on the patio were nice surprises. We also really enjoyed the coffee grinder and French press, so plan to bring your favorite beans along. There’s also a Keurig, standard drip coffee maker and espresso machine to cover all your coffee bases. The record player was also a fun surprise! Not our taste in music, but we picked up some new vinyl at the Seaside record shop. The beach wasn’t too busy and the guys who rent the umbrella/chair set-ups were super nice! Be sure to reserve your set-up a day or so in advance if you want front row. You’re also permitted to set-up your own, which is nice. There were several floats, chairs, boogie boards, etc. in the condo to use. There was a small vacuum to use to keep floors sand free. I’m not a fan of walking on sand inside, so this was great to clean up each day after everyone came in from the beach. The air conditioning works very well, which was so nice! Be mindful that you will need to be able to haul your things up and down many stairs as there’s no elevator. Also, the bunk beds are not for anyone over around 5’2” in height.

Beautiful unit and great location on 30a
This is our third year visiting 30a and this property was the best we've stayed at. The owner was very responsive to all our questions before we left which was greatly appreciated. The unit is new and clean. The location is close to everything, the views are beautiful, the private beach was well staffed for chairs and umbrellas. The pool was nice to have on days with double reds. My family will for sure be back!

Worth Every Ounce of Gold
Rob thought of everything and the attention to detail must be experienced. It has the best location, the best amenities, down to the instructions for playing nice music on the SONOS sound system. Few places put such trust in the wellbeing of such a nice place to others. The decor was an 11 out of 10 and we actually took some pictures of some of the decor to copy for our home. The style and views made it such a pleasant experience, that we will be back!

My husband and I enjoyed our Memorial Day Getaway. The beach was perfect. We had coffee, breakfast, and cocktails on the balcony everyday. The views are beautiful. We love to cook so the well appointed kitchen was great. We are music lovers so we really enjoyed the record player and Bose system. I only wish we would’ve had a king size bed. We definitely had a fabulous time!!!

Awesome Relaxing Experience
This is the best condo we have ever stayed in hands down! You will not need to bring anything but groceries if you want to cook, because the owner has thought of absolutely everything! We have never stayed in a place that was so well stocked, and literally everything we needed was thought of, would not of packed half of what we did had we realized! Location is great, beach not crowded, I could go on about how great this place is! Needless to say, we will be back again and are looking forward to are next return trip!

You can’t beat the balcony with you!
This property was tremendous! The sunrise & sunset photos that we saw online were exactly as shown in real life! Better than we expected! We enjoyed sunny days & and fabulous white sand every day! Even the day, it rained… My wife enjoyed the balcony while reading a book! Later that day, we took a walk on the white sand beach, all the way to seaside! I would recommend this unit to anyone that wants to “splurge” a little bit and enjoy being right on the beach! 🏖️ We were able to enjoy the sun, any type of weather, sunrise/sunset, breakfast, lunch, a glass of wine in the evening! All was much better than we thought! I’m glad we spent a little extra! We certainly would do this again, if we come to North Florida! PS Rob, the host, was very responsive to our every question!
