Cockroaches
The property is in need of new furniture- the couch was full of stains as were the pillows and linens. There cockroaches in the bathrooms. We notified the property managers numerous times and they said they would have the local team address the situation and follow-up. NEVER happened. The shower door was FULL of mold. Don’t stay here!

Until the property owner updates the furnishings, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE!
First, I need to say that my wife and I have stayed several times at Redfish Village and have enjoyed the complex, amenities, and location. When we arrived to this unit, it was not cleaned properly. Several of the floors were dirty, counters were not cleaned, the washer had mold/mildew around the door seal, and there was a heavy layer of dust on most fixtures. My wife contacted Vacasa and expressed our concerns about the cleanliness of the unit. Tim was very understanding and apologetic. We even had a visit from Stephen, a manager with Vacasa. He was able to refund a portion of our fees, which helped eased our frustration. THE BIGGER ISSUE was the condition of the furnishing in this unit. The pictures and prior reviews did not prepare us for this! All of the living room furniture (sofa, 2 upholstered chairs, and area rug) were heavily stained, faded, and extremely worn out. The fabric and cording was frayed. I would expect to see this condition of furniture sitting on the side of the road with a FREE sign posted on it. The blinds on the patio doors in the living room (which had a partial ocean view) and master bedroom were broken and could not be raised fully. The bedskirt on the master bed was torn, which you saw when you first entered the room. The carpeting in the master bedroom was ripped. All of the carpeting in the unit was heavily stained. The carpeting needed to be replaced years ago! There was a sign posted on the AC unit that asked you not to turn the air below 72 as the unit would freeze and not work properly. For our stay, the air temperature felt constantly warm. We would wake up in the night sweating due to the temperature of the unit. It appears as with everything else in this unit, that the HVAC needs to be replaced too. My wife and I could not sleep in the master bedroom due to the temperature in that room. We slept in the guest bedroom and surprise, surprise the mattress was old and uncomfortable. The sheets did not fit the mattress well and each morning the fitted sheet would be off both upper corners. Until the property owners addresses the well overdue need to update this rental, I would not suggest anyone wasting their hard earned money here!

Perfect!
This was a perfect getaway for our family of six, the bunk beds were perfect to sleep the younger two and therefore we had no need to use the sleeper sofa. Acces to beach was super simple. My only wish was there could be a binder in the room with possible area attractuons and dining options to include hours of operation as things seem to close very early around the area. Overall an excellent stay.

Very clean and great location. Would recommend staying there. Only onen minor issue was that the entry code when we first arrived didn’t work. After calling the help line I was able to get a new entry code. Other than that it was a great visit and experience.
