The living room's seating ensemble is made up of a cream colored couch flanked by a contemporary armchair. The setup encircles a white rectangular cocktail table and faces a wall-mounted TV. A set of sliding glass doors opens onto a breezy balcony furnished with Adirondack chairs. The dining area is situated adjacent to the living room. It includes a chic whitewashed hardwood table and four plush cushioned chairs. There are four stools at the kitchen's breakfast bar, offering additional seating for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, or cocktails. The open kitchen features honey-toned cabinetry, a stylish tile backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances.

The sunny primary suite is just off the living room and has a queen-size bed. A wall-mounted TV is provided for evening entertainment. A set of sliding glass doors at the foot of the bed access the balcony. The bedroom has its own private bath, complete with a tub/shower combo and a connected closet. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen-size bed, sea-inspired décor with subtle pops of blue, and a sunny window. The other guest bedroom is a bunkroom with two twin bunks and a twin-size trundle.

Beachwood Villas has two refreshing swimming pools surrounded by a sundeck and pool chairs. If you're up for some friendly competition with your family and friends, head to the shuffleboard or tennis courts. For families with children, a kid's playground onsite is great for outdoor fun.
