Come enjoy Southern Breeze in Seagrove! This cozy 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home (new for 2023!) sleeps up to 9 guests. This home is located in The Village of Sugar Beach and only 200 yards from the beautiful sandy beach off Highway 30A. When you don't feel like a day a the beach, enjoy access to the neighborhood pool.

As you walk up to the home, you will notice the large wrap-around porch, perfect for your morning cup of coffee. When you walk through the front door, you'll be greeted by an open concept living and dining area with gorgeous updated flooring. There's a convenient half bath off of the dining/kitchen. New updates include a 1st floor king master suite. And upstairs you'll an additional king suite plus 2 more bedrooms. These 2 rooms share a full size bathroom just off the stairs.

2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV. Private bathroom.

Head west on Sugar Sand Lane and turn left on Somerset Bridge. Directly across 30A at the Tom Thumb is your beach access.

Village of Sugar Beach:
Village of Sugar Beach is in the heart of Seagrove and just short walk across 30A to the sugar sand beaches. This community has no thru streets so there is minimal traffic making it safe for the kids. There is a community pool for the entire family to enjoy. Local shops and favorite restaurants are within walking distance. Minutes away is Deer Lake State Park, offering miles of biking trails. Seaside is only a 1 ½ miles away where you can enjoy events throughout the year.

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right around the corner from the neighborhood. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Family Vacation
The location is convenient for access to the beach and local shopping. We walked the boardwalk to the beach a couple of the days of our stay. The community pool was a nice place to take the children to cool off. We also went to Seagrove to shop.

Nice hidden treasure
This home is very nice. My family and friends had a very comfortable stay. The combination of bedroom arrangements allowed space for everyone. The house is also conveniently located to the beach. Our family was able to take our photos in front he large tree in the backyard. Definitely a good find.

Fun stay. Public beach space is quite limited - seems like that should’ve been called out. Basic sundries will need to be refreshed if you’re staying long, e.g. coffee filters, paper towels, bathroom tissue, etc. Fun stay.

Clean, great floor plan, attractive neighborhood
The house is well designed for two families if bedrooms work for you. Loved the master suite on the first floor. There were many outdoor gathering places…screened in porch with plenty of seating, a few chairs in the back yard, and two rockers on the front porch. We used them all. It’s on a block with only one entrance for cars so very quiet in that regard. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming and keep an eye on things. Open floor plan with kitchen, dining room and living room felt spacious and allowed for togetherness even while people were doing different things. We will likely rent again. Thank you owners!

Although the that room was very small, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The distance to the beach was great. Most of all, me, my adult son, and my husband loved the front porch rocking chairs. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The perfect location! It is within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The new downstairs bedroom suite addition was wonderful. We loved the screened porch and spent quite a bit of time out there. Benchmark was wonderful, as always. Check in was a breeze, and when an issue did arise with the neighborhood pool being quite dirty, even though this was outside of their responsibility, they worked with the HOA until the issue was resolved. The only suggestion I would make would be to update the listing to say that while it is an easy 3 minute walk to the beach access, getting to the public part of the beach is another 5+ minute walk through the sand, depending on how crowded it is. It is not an easy walk carrying chairs, coolers, sand toys, and with small children. That is the only thing that would keep us from renting Southern Breeze for a family vacation again.

There was seven of us my husband & I, our three teenage children and my parents, plenty of room. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook with. Loved the shower in the backyard to clean off the sand. Beach was super close, actually it’s a nice walk! The convenient store “Tom Thumb” around the corner was perfect to grab bags of ice/snacks to put in your ice chest on your way to the beach. We all rode bikes to seaside which was only a little less then 2 miles. Wonderful vacation home!

Loved catching early sun on the front porch and cool breezes out on the back screened in porch. Thought we’d be ok with a community pool but it looked run down so we didn’t use it. Every home around us had a private pool and we could hear kids splashing. Next time we would likely choose a home with a private pool or a useable yard with space to get outside. We enjoyed the easy walk to beach and surrounding restaurants. Overall a good experience.

The property was really clean.The inside of the home was nicely decorated, however the dryer does not dry very well, the timer on it is broken. The outside of this property needs work on the wooden steps, the swing needs repaired / replaced. The grill is really dirty, I never use a grill away from home so being without one is no big deal. The outside shower had old shampoo containers and soap left by others before us.Construction workers were using the property next door as a work center , blocking our driveway ,as well as noise.

Great spot for a vay-cay

Perfect Location
We stayed here for fall break and had the best time. The layout of this place is so practical and the location is great. 2 of our kids slept in the bunk room and 1 in the guest room. All bedrooms are upstairs, which I realized I really liked. The layout for us was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. I noticed the bunk room would have been tight with all 4 beds used. I don’t recommend more than 2 kids in this room. The unit was really clean. The only disappointment was the kitchen, if you’re using it to cook meals for more than 2 people. Some people only do takeout when vacationing, and this place would be perfect for that, but I cook a lot. Cookware is subpar and needs to be upgraded. I recommend bringing pre-made meals or your own pots/pans if you like to cook a lot. The location of the rental is amazing. Right down the street from a beach that you can set your own chairs up at. Chairs and wagon provided in the unit was a plus. You have to walk quite a bit to get to the beach where there were no umbrellas set up by lifeguards, but it was worth it to have some space. We rented bikes from Vacayzen and rode bikes everywhere. We went to the food trucks one evening and to Perfect Pig for breakfast one morning. Vacayzen was struggling a bit. Perhaps it’s because of the Pandemic. A bike was delivered completely broken and no one could come out to fix it until the. next evening. My husband ended up bending the spokes back with pliers we brought and we just rolled with it. Despite some of the snags we would stay here again.

Super short walk to beach and everything around. Couldn’t have gotten a better location. The house is as amazing. Great water pressure and super clean and up to date. Lots of space and open floor plan. We will definitely be back here and have already sent info to quite a few friends who asked for it. Benchmark Mgmt was also very friendly and helpful and made checking in and out a breeze.

The house itself and location were perfect for our family. So close to the beach. Clean and comfortable. We loved the community pool- we had it to ourselves every time we went! A couple of things that might be helpful to know. 1. The house next door is being remodeled inside and out- hammers started at 7am! 2. The dishwasher is very small. It wasn’t a big deal for our family since we didn’t eat a bunch at the house but if you plan on cooking a lot, make sure you bring a lot of dish tabs. 3. The closest beach entry will NOT do chair service with your vaycazen credit that comes with the house. Thank you for a great vacation!

For informational purposes, the walkway to the beach does have a lot of steps (around 30 - 3 flights). There is also a company to rent chairs from on the beach (Vacayzen does not offer beach chairs for this house, only backpack chairs). The house itself is a great place, I just have a few suggestions to help bring it to 5 stars! In the bathroom downstairs it would be nice to have towel rack with a hand towel to dry your hands off after washing. There's only a hook on the back of the door. The bathroom upstairs has a rack hung on the shower head, you cannot put your toiletries on this because they fall off when the rack falls to the front of the shower head. It would be nicer to see shelves in the shower for this reason to put toiletries on instead of having to place them on the floor of the shower. A door mat to wipe feet before entering the house would be nice. Better storage in the bunk room closet (something similar to the guest bedroom closet would be great). Trim the tree next to parking area so branches do not poke you in the face trying to get out. And lastly, the back yard needs the most help. It needs to be cleaned up/fixed up and made more inviting. Overall this place is a great place to stay and we were all very happy with our stay!

Perfect for our family trip!
Property was as described, very clean and plenty of room for our family of 4 and then some. We rented bikes and enjoyed some great scenic bike rides and rode to dinner at Seaside a few times and the Old Florida Fish House. Great location to the beach. I’d recommend renting or bringing a wagon to help carry items to and from. We would stay here again.
