Welcome to “The Blue Heron”! This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is located in Seagrove Beach off Florida's iconic 30A highway. The unit was completely updated in 2019 and meticulously kept since then.

This serene end unit is quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of Point Washington State Forest. Enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening and admire the amazing scenery on the comfy bistro balcony.

Beach is less than a mile away that is walking or biking distance. Three beach access points are nearby with available parking by each entrance.
* Walton Dunes Access: 0.7 miles
* Eastern Lake Beach Access: 0.9 miles
* Deer Lake State Park: 1.2 miles ($3 fee/car and Restrooms)

This unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a living room and dining combo with full kitchen. It is on the 3rd floor and no elevator.

The living room has plenty of seating and a brand new large smart TV with cable and streaming capabilities for your entertainment. Queen therapeutic sofa sleeper is also available for guests.

The kitchen is fully stocked along with many electric countertop appliances and coffee makers (air fryer, indoor grill, toaster, griddle, regular coffee pot, K cup machine). Kitchen dining area and bar can seat 6.

Master bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed, smart TV with cable to stream favorite shows and movies. There is also a desk in front of window with a beautiful view, great for remote work and/or studying! Master bedroom has own private bathroom.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed with smart TV, private access to 2nd bathroom.

Great little condo retreat
We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location. Right next to the Old Fish House restaurant which was great! Close enough to Seaside to ride your bikes but far enough away to avoid all the crowds. Close to the beach. Would rent again!

Spring Break Mother/Daughter Getaway
Came here with a friend and our two teen daughters for a short Spring Break getaway. The condo was perfectly sized and furnished for our group. We loved having the bikes easily available. Old Florida Fish House and the surrounding restaurants/retail are all you could want, with more just a short bike ride away. Love this place and really appreciate Christy's hospitality.

The property was perfect and fit our needs. The owner was awesome! Great communication with the owner during our stay. We thought it was the perfect location on 30A. It was close enough, but far enough from all the highly congested areas on 30A. We would definitely stay at this property again if we go back.

Great Location between Seaside and Rosemary Beach
Great Location, near great food. Would recommend Florida Fish House for dinner and piano bar entertainment that is walking distance, Steamboat Grill another hidden gem. Seaside court by food trucks are great. Condo is clean, very comfy bed, nice size kitchen, and owner is very quick to respond and is very helpful. Would stay again for sure. Only downside is no elevator. Great trip!

Wonderful Stay!
This is a great, affordable condo. Very clean, tons of beach gear and everything you need for your stay. Loved being right next door to the Old Florida Fish House! Beach is walkable, we usually went down early to set up chairs, etc. using a golf cart then walked down later. A little far from Seaside, but that's why you're getting an affordable price! Property owner was super nice and helpful.

Very comfortable and quiet third floor condo in gated community. Perfect location if you don’t mind walking to the beach or riding bikes which we loved! Clean and beautiful beach decor. Christy the host is very responsive to any questions.

It was the best of both worlds. Just a five to seven minute bike ride to the beach and a short walk
Beautifully decorated with such a nice homey feeling. Bed was very comfortable too. Only problem was the ice maker. It wasn't 100%. All in all I would tell my friends to rent from this place any day.

Great condo in Seagrove Beach!
We enjoyed our visit to Seagrove Beach. The condo is great. It is very clean and nicely decorated. It is close to restaurants, shops, and places to rent bicycles. The beach is within walking distance. Buddy's Seafood Market is a great place to get take out dinner. We also enjoyed sitting on the little dock on Eastern Lake. I would highly recommend this condo. Wish it was longer!
We had an amazing time at Christy’s condo and it was perfect. Well appointed, had everything we needed. Comfy beds, kitchen well equipped. Loved all the beach gear and saved us a lot of money from having to rent umbrellas and chairs. Went to Walton Dunes beach twice and up to Seaside once. Loved both beaches. Was so convenient to have the Old Florida fish house, Buddy’s seafood market and the Beachy Bean next door. Christy was very communicative and didn’t seem to mind answering my many questions. Would love to come back and stay longer next time!

Amazing!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. The owner is amazing…above and beyond hospitable! The condo has everything you can possibly imagine and more. It was the perfect last minute getaway for my family. It isn’t as close to the beach as we would’ve liked but we did walk there without a problem. I would recommend renting a golf cart or bikes if you stay here. We’ll know for next time. Can’t wait to come back!

As advertised!
The property was very nice, clean and as advertised. One minor observation was that while yes “3rd floor” was mentioned, it would have been nice to know that there was no elevator. Watching two (older) women lug two large suitcases up 3 flights (or 6 depending on how you count them) might have been amusing. In all seriousness it did make it challenging. Fortunately we don’t have any medical issues that would have caused problems.

Seagrove vacation
We really enjoyed the condo at Heron’s Watch! It was very very comfortable! The beds were great! My husband always has trouble sleeping when on vacation and he actually slept well! We cooked in the kitchen and that was great! We did end up driving to the beach. We walked it, but with all our beach supplies driving worked better. Parking at the beach was limited. The beach was lovely. We spent much time there. The surrounding neighborhood for the condo is a happening place Lots of people all around. The restaurants were busy. Luckily the ones we ate at took reservations. Publix was close and convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo was everything we expected it to be. It was very comfortable and clean. We were able to make ourselves at home. 💕

Best condo experience!
My wife and I had such a good time. The place was in such good condition and was decorated so nicely. This place was stocked and had everything you would possibly need. We will definitely be coming again!
