This stunning 5-bedroom vacation home is perfect for families of all sizes!

With three adult bedrooms (king in master, king in second master and 2 full beds in third room), one children's bedroom (with two twin beds, both w/ trundle beds) PLUS a bonus bunk space. Four full bathrooms, with each bedroom getting its own dedicated bathroom.

The house, located in the private Magnolia Dune community, is just a short 5-minute walk away from the beach, less than two miles from Seaside's restaurants and food trucks and is centrally located on 30A!

RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking

• Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made more than 30 days prior to check in. Deposits are 50% refundable if cancellation is made less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to check in. No refunds for cancellations made 14 days or less from check in.

• Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date

Excellent beach house and location!
This was a great house for our fall beach trip! The house is very clean and well- equipped. We liked the layout with the kids bunk and singles on the 3rd floor for our teenagers and the den and kitchen fit everyone nicely. The location is great with a very short walk to the beach.

Great Location
Beautiful home in a fantastic location just a short walk to the beach. The community pool is also located just behind this property. I booked this place for my family. It was a perfect stay for us! It's very close to the beach, and it has a pool, which was great for the kids. The host was very responsive as well, and he was very accommodating to our needs! I would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds and place is much bigger than we thought. Great space for a big family or two. Pool is nice to have close by and just a quick easy walk to the beach. Everything was very clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The pool was literally next to the house which the kids love it a lot. The property manager or owner was very nice and responded promptly to any questions we had. We would rent this house again next time and we kindly recommend it.

This is a fantastic property in a great location! The house was spotless on check in, with great space and amenities. The owner, Matt, is a pleasure to work with and always quickly responsive. Having the pool right out the back door is quite convenient and was never overly loud. There are also several great restaurants within 5-10 minute walks. And beach access is easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation
We had a wonderful stay here. The house is beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed even lots of games for the family. The beds were super comfortable. Very short walk to the beach. Loved having the pool right behind us. Plenty of room for us and even had room for more if we needed it. Communication with the owner was always very prompt and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again. Thanks for such wonderful house to stay in and enjoy a family vacation.

Can’t wait to come back!
Our visit was wonderful! The house is beautiful and well maintained. Great location within walking distance to the beach and several stores/restaurants. Huge bonus for having the community pool right outside of the back door. Only thing I would suggest is to add an additional door lock out of reach of little ones, on the balcony access door in the twin bedroom. The host was responsive and made check in very easy. We are already talking about coming back and can’t wait! Thanks again!

Awesome FamilY Home
This house was a great house for us to stay in with my family for Thanksgiving. It was clean, had plenty of beach towels, the kitchen was well stocked, and was in a good location. The property managers were a delight to work with. They always answer their phone if anything was needed. We stayed here for Thanksgiving and cooked our Thanksgiving dinner and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out. Will definitely stay here again and recommend.

We did rent a golf cart because we had an elderly grandparent and small children which came in handy. It was a short walk to beach. We love the location. Short bike ride to Seaside.
