In this comfortable townhouse in Santa Pola, near the beach of Tamarit, you are offered 3 fantastic terraces to enjoy the sun at any time of the day.
The fine sandy beach and its promenade are ideal for long walks, bike rides, skating or enjoying the sound of the waves. Just 2.5 km from the port of Santa Pola, you will find numerous pubs, restaurants and entertainment options. Don't miss the fish market, with fresh fish from the bay, open daily from 7pm. Also visit the natural park of Las Salinas with a great variety of birds, especially its famous flamingos.
Baby crib and high chair are available on request and with extra charge.

Très propre, la personne qui accueille est très efficace.
Bien situé . Appartement très bien équipé. Très agréable à vivre. Peut-être petit bémol sur l'éclairage, si on pouvait remplacer les lampe en néon par des ampoules lumière douce.

Jeg har holdt tre ugers ferie i lejligheden, og vejret har været helt fantastisk alle tre uger. Min anmeldelse af lejligheden: Det er svært at kommunikere med den der modtager når vedkommende slet ikke forstår et eneste ord på engelsk, og jeg ikke kan så mange ord på spansk. Lejligheden er som sådan ok, stuen er meget mørk, og ret kedelig møbleret, men med det gode vejr var vi der ikke. Kun nogle få aftener, hvor vi i den grad blev angrebet af millioner af myg. Soveværelserne var ok, MEN madrasserne var et mareridt, de burde skiftes, de ødelagde ihvertfald min nattesøvn. Lige meget hvilken seng, næsten. Låseanordningerne på de fleste døre og skodder fungerede heller ikke rigtig. Bagdørens låsetøj var bare en “skyder” hvor den anden halvdel var ved at falde af. Det kunne trænge til et eftersyn, det var ikke helt betryggende. Jeg fik besked om, at der ville være check af lejligheden dagen før min afrejse, bla. med hensyn til strøm?? Men der dukkede aldrig nogen op. I har bedt om min mening, og den har i fået. Men vi har haft en god ferie.

Good but few bits need to be addressed
Generally the property is good . We stayed in many self catering accommodations across Spain so i can’t complain about this one . It is fully equipped , you have literally everything coffee machine toaster etc, enough cutlery and crockery , even paella pan ha ha Location is perfect , beach almost across the road , never overcrowded as it’s on the outskirts of Santa Pola. Safe and gated neighbourhood , shops close by, fantastic beach However few bits to be improved 1. First and most disappointing - they charge for linen and cleaning . I would agree somehow with cleaning but it is overpriced , sorry . What I don’t agree at all it charge for linen. We were not expecting that one and were left with the feeling we were kind of ripped off when had to pay extra 190€ for linen, cleaning , electricity upon arrival :( this definitely must be included and reflected in the rental price 2. Second major issue - no aircon in the room on the top floor , and that was a nightmare considering nights it is 27-29 degrees 3. Wi fi - not working at all , probably because of cheap provider . extremely bad signal had to use 4G to work somehow from home 4. Wobbly beds in 2 rooms on the 1st floor , extremely noisy with every turn If all that is fixed we would happily return there :) But overall we had a nice time staying in this house

Meget kompakt og lille feriehus med stort behov for teknisk renovering
Beliggenheden er uovertruffen og helt klart det som giver de to stjerner. Øverste værelse med terrasse er ok i størrelse til to voksne. På første sal er det ene værelse ud mod gaden ok, men meget lidt plads rundt om den smalle seng. Det andet værelse kan ikke bruges til voksne. Badeværelset er lille og toilettet er placeret så man sidder direkte op i håndvasken. Håbløst. Ekstra toilettet i stueetagen er heller ikke til voksne. Meget smalt < 1m og med hylder i hovedhøjde. Vaskemaskine herude, skubbet så langt ind under trappen at man må ligge på knæ for at betjene den. Også håbløst. Lugtgener fra afløb. Dejlig bagterrasse med eftermiddags sol, men meget smal dør derud.... Køkkenet fungerer men trænger også til en opdatering. Opvaskemaskine kunne være en god ting. Store upraktiske sofaer, som ikke er gode at sidde i. Når alt det er nævnt, så må vi alligevel sige at for to, friske, smidige personer går det, men mere end to voksne vil være en udfordring uden for højsæsonen, hvis man skal være mere inde. Vi var der tre uger i november. Opvarmning af huset går an, hvis man bruger el-radiator nede. Men der er fodkoldt og vinduer og døre er piv-utætte. Tre ting generede os dagligt. Hoveddøren binder og er meget svær at lukke uden at smække så hårdt at huset ryster. Badeværelses dørens håndtag er i stykker, så hvis man lukker døren er man i risiko for at blive låst inde. Mange usikre el-løsninger. Forlængerledning på køkkenbord til ovne og el-kedel, forlængerledning til aircondition i soveværelset. Simpel ledninger i loft på badeværelset mellem loftsbelysning, ventilation og spejllys.... Lovligt? Ledninger som stritter ud af væggen over dør til toilet og over el-tavle. Fint med parkering foran huset, hvis altså fjernbetjening virkede stabilt... Det gjorde den ikke den sidste uge. Den tilsynsførende er spansk og havde taget sin datter med for hun kunne lidt engelsk, men vi fik kun den allermest nødvendige information. Ved afrejse var der ingen dialog om opholdet. De skyndte sig at komme ud igen. Alt i alt er der plads til mange forbedringer, men beliggenheden kan man kun elske... Med 59 meter til strandpromenaden

Hyggelig bolig tæt på stranden, flinke naboer, men trænger til renovering
God beliggenhed, tæt på meget god badestrand. Huset har 3 fine soveværelser, men køkken og toiletter trænger til renovering (handymand). Huset er beliggende på en aflåst vej med egen parkeringsplads, nemt at komme til og fra, når man vil ud at se noget. Alt i alt en god oplevelse. Henrik
