50m2 apartment composed of a double room and another room with 2 single beds, both with built-in wardrobes, oscillating blinds, a complete bathroom with shower and bathtub, all exterior, oscillating blinds, a fully equipped kitchenette, a balcony with views of the tennis court, beach articles, television with Tdt, sofa, table. Parking is free within the urbanization, the swimming pool is open all year round as well as the tennis court.

The beach is a 3-minute walk away as well as the small local shops.

The airport is 10 km away.

Behind the urbanization are the Las Salinas Park and the pier with an area for picnics.

The Pola Park amusement park is about 7 minutes away on foot and the salt museum is about 10 minutes away.

The center of Santa Pola is located about 2 km away where you can visit the port and take the boat to the island of Tabarca about 15 minutes away.

Local cuisine restaurants and cafes abound.

The castle, the sea museum and the nearby aquarium are worth visiting, as well as the 8 beaches of the town, the most popular being Levante beach, that of the town hall, and Gran Playa, before starting Playa lissa. The promenade starts from the salt flats to the yacht club, the port and continuing to Santa Pola del Este.

In Playa del Tamarit you can practice sailing, kitesurfing, long walks or bike rides, diving and along the promenade there are many disco bars, cafes and beach bars open from May to October.
