"This hotel was a great find! The room was spotless, seriously clean and tidy. Everything was just where it should be. Plus, the location was perfect. We were so close to everything we wanted to see. It made getting around super easy. Also we had balcony in our room which was perfect Definitely recommend this place if you want a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. Would stay here again for sure! "

"This property was in an excellent location for visiting the sights. Plenty of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. No facilities for dining but there was a fridge in a room on our floor where they provided milk and you could store snacks. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Room was good size, nice bathroom and very clean. Would recommend as a good base for exploring Rome."

"Fun property! Not a typical hotel as we had a floor in what appeared to be an office building. Never saw another person in the building in 4 days - very quiet (Which we loved!!). Excellent location, roughly 10 -15 minute walk to any of the major attractions with excellent restaurants close. Staff was uber-attentive - with 2 different people to call with any questions or needs (And they followed up immediately. Myya was fantastic!! So was Rosa, who helped us on the weekend. "Finding the entrance is a bit tricky and the check in was a little difficult partly due to the language barrier and complete lack of signage but I was also a little weary from travelling and leery of the entrance and "reception area" but once I settled in to Room 4 (which I would ask for) it was a great base for our stay in Rome. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and the Air Conditioning worked well. Walking distance from Termini Station and you can walk to Piazza Spagna, Forum,...

"We enjoyed our stay here very much the place is lovely with the decor we would come back here again when we come back in June , the colosseum is steps away beautiful in day & nite the foods are all around you to the left & right great meals & drinks great service .
