"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very small for 6 people. It would have been nice to have a privacy curtain on each bed. Also we had to move one of the bunks to retrieve something that had fallen behind the bed and it was very dirty. Obviously they never clean between the beds and walls. The elevator worked about 50% of the time. Staff was helpful in making sure I could use it. The location was great. In Old town, very close to the tram and market. Very walkable area."

"I liked how easily accessible the property was and how the staff were very well versed in tourist attractions and the like. I was helped by Marta when I checked in and she gave me a map with all the places I’d need to go to or tourist and food spots circled in which was very helpful, as well as the transportation links around the city. I just wish there were more options especially with protein at breakfast. It was all pretty much just toast and baked good but some eggs and maybe some sausages...

The beds were not comfortable and the very limited electric receptacles were inconveniently located and ususlly being used; several of the secure charging lockers were out of order. "Often time when travelling unpredictable things happen. We arrived in Bilbao after 11 which in turn left us with nowhere to sleep as they do not accept check-ins later. This was pretty upsetting after an already tumultuous day. I would never book for somewhere again that won’t be able to check us in."

Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."
