This two bedroom/three bathroom apartment has modern contemporary furnishings and comes fully equipped with all of the amenities you need to enjoy your stay in Santa Marta. This includes air conditioners and ceiling fans in every room, two king sized beds, one of them can be converted to two twins; a full sized washer and drier, a large refrigerator with a reverse osmosis water filter and automatic ice maker, and a fully stocked kitchen to embrace your culinary side. Each bedroom has a private entrance to the large balcony where you can enjoy views of the beaches and the amazing Caribbean sunset each night.

The brand new building has a secure entrance with 24/7 guard on duty. You will have access to private parking. Guests have access to the multiple pools and tanning areas, gyms, coworking spaces, kiddie park, and movie theater room.

Explore the beauty and history of downtown Santa Marta with an easy 10 minute drive, where you can walk the marina and experience the many culinary delights that the city has to offer. Delivery of food and groceries is also available from most stores and restaurants or through local delivery services. The provided apartment manual has more information and recommendations.

Additional amenities include free high speed fiber optic Internet with Wi-Fi access, cable TV, blackout shades in each room, water heater, microwave, oven, gas stovetop, coffee maker, toaster oven/air frier, iron and full sized ironing board, blow drier, and beach towels are provided for your convenience. A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an additional guest.

Check-in
Please speak with the property manager to complete your check-in and receive your keys. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am, but we may be able to accommodate other hours depending on availability. Be aware that upon check-in there is a one-time $4 USD (15.000 COP) fee per guest for security and identification. Lost, stolen or damaged keys carry a $30 USD replacement fee.
