Hiding fees and bad customer service
We arrived late at night and security guard didn't let us in because he didn't have our names in his guest list, no body told him that we were checking in that day. After 3 hours of calling finally they let us in. That was around 2am. The apartment only have a/c in the rooms. Doesnt have blackout curtains, so the light hits the room very early. The master bathroom sink was clogged. Not toilet paper or soap. You need to bring your own. Also you have to pay an extra fee to the owner ( we didn't know about that) plus a resort fee to be able to enter the building. I wouldn't say here in the future. Th here are better and closer hotels to the down town than this one.

I didn't meet our expectations.
The building was nice however the staff was not very friendly, they charged $15,000 CO$ per person for a paper bracelet that was unnecessary. The power went out one night and felt in a sauna room. I wouldn't come back nor recommend it .

Beautiful Rooftop Infinity Pool
The infinity pool located on the rooftop made the trip all worth it. Beautiful 360° views of El Rodadero. Make sure to visit during the sunset to see pure beauty. Walking distance of beach was a plus.

Definitivamente hay que leer de las experiencias de otros huéspedes, leímos que los administradores de la propiedad eran complicados con muchas reglas, efectivamente es así, se siente uno pidiendo permiso para ir a dormir. La tarifa no incluye limpieza ni IVa, se cobra en sitio y en nuestro caso no la pagamos cuando llegamos porque nadie se acercó a pedirle cómo decían las instrucciones, entonces la administración amenazo a mi señora cuando yo no estaba, que sino pagábamos nos bloqueaban la clave de acceso. El apto es malas condiciones, sucio, con cucarachas y era un apto piso 14. Muebles muy deteriorados, rotos, con daños, la pintura del apto muy dañaba, los platos e accesorios de cocina sucios que daba asco (preferimos usar desechables), las toallas percudidas y daban la sensación de que no estaban lavadas. La peor experiencia posible… no regresaremos ni la recomendamos.

Publicidad engañosa/Muy mala experiencia
La verdad muy mala experiencia desde el momento que realice la reserva, en la pagina anuncian un tipo de apartamento con vista al mar con balcon, presentan un valor por la reserva y despues de la confirmacion se da cuenta uno que entre aseo impuestos y registro tiene que pagar al rededor del 50% de mas con referencia a la tarifa inicial, no permiten cancelar la reserva por tal razon lo obligan a uno a tener que usar la reserva y pagar el valor antes mencionado. La administracion del edificio desde que uno arriba le empiezan a imponer una cantidad de restricciones en las cuales no sabe uno si llega a un apartamento a descansar o a una celda a pagar una condena. La ubicacion esta bien pero con el valor que pague pude ubicarme en un apartamento mejor y mas cerca a las playas. En conclusion me senti engañado, estafado y cohibido. No fue una buena experiencia.

La estadia en el apartamento estuvi super. Muy comodo. La atencion del personal inmejorable. El sector muy tranquilo y cerca a todo. Hace falta el servicio de fua caliente y que la psicina cierre más tarde para poder ver el atardecer desde ese lugar.
